Smooth two way transfer from airport to lodge and vice Versa. Would be nice if calls are answered for reassurance and pick up time inquiries

Unfortunately when we arrived at Victoria Falls airport our transfer was not there to meet us. Thankfully a nice gentleman there called the number I had only to be told that as we were late(we were held upon immigration completing paperwork along with everyone else!!) they did not wait for us!! We were taken by someone else and fortunately did not have to pay do I guess they sorted the payment out between them - we tipped the driver when he dropped us at our hotel
Hello, we acknowledge the mistake as there was a mix up on dates, when we discovered the error on our side we quickly requested someone who was already at the airport to bring you. We however sorted it out and on return to airport we managed to be well on time, again apologies for the delay.

They waited for me at the airport with my name (even though my flight was delayed) and I got promptly taken to my destination. I had a nice driver who spoke good English.

Waited for an hour and no one ever came to pick us up. We tried calling the phone number listed for them and no one answered.
