We saw our driver immediately upon exiting the airport. Had the sign with our name. There were five of us and we had lots of luggage luckily, all fit the van.

They did not turn up at the airport left us stranded at midnight, no explanation to why or apology. viator were quick to refund the money

As a solo female travling in Jordan, I wanted a safe, reliable "easy" ride to my hotel from the airport after a long day of flying from the USA. The driver contacted me via Whatsapp and was ready and waiting when I arrived. He was very professional and spoke english - very friendly and the company also helped me with a ride to Petra later in my trip. I would highly recommend.

very easy airport transfer. Driver was on time and we made our way to Amman. The drive only took 45 minutes! Finding/dropping off at the hotel was also very simple.

I am writing to formally complain about my recent airport transfer booking. Upon arrival, the driver demanded an additional 20 JOD, claiming that we were “delayed.” This is completely unacceptable and inaccurate. In fact, our flight arrived 10 minutes earlier than scheduled. When booking the transfer, we were required to provide full flight details specifically so the driver could monitor the flight arrival time and allow sufficient time for immigration clearance and baggage collection. This is the standard and expected purpose of providing flight information. Despite this, the driver still insisted on extra payment, which felt like an attempt to take advantage of us. We were effectively pressured into paying, and this has left us extremely dissatisfied with the service. This behavior reflects very poorly on the service provider and on Viator. We believe we were unfairly overcharged and request that this matter be investigated and the extra 20 JOD refunded. I look forward to your prompt response and resolution of this issue.
