Driver was not at the agreed meeting point and contact with the office failed to locate him. Ended up getting a taxi to my hotel at additional expense

I never received service. The car was not there at the specified time for pick up. I was left stranded.

We understand how frustrating it must have been to be stranded, and we take full responsibility. We’ve authorised a full refund for the service not provided and would also like to offer you a free transfer back to the airport at departure. Had the privilege of working with the Goldleaf team for our wedding transport in Nairobi, Kenya 2018 Jan 14th. They organised a full VIP package of A helicopter ride for myself and my bride, entourgae of black VIP Mercs and chaser cars escorted by police outriders on motorbikes! This was well beyond our wildest expectations!!! They arranged our hotel drop off after the wedding and transfers to the airport the following morning. Good customer service, good coordination, clean and well presented cars, smart drivers! Highly recommend their services. E&J.
