Complaint: Defective seat and monitor in business class We had a flight with 5 people in business class from Vancouver to Frankfurt. Unfortunately, my son's seat was completely defective and not functional. Despite the efforts of the friendly flight attendants, the problem could not be fixed. My son and I were unable to sleep as a result. In addition, the monitor was also defective and the frame kept popping out. Unusable and disturbing. The course had cost 1,000 € + 50,000 miles. As a "compensation" we received a bottle of champagne and were promised 8,000 miles, which does not come close to the inconvenience caused. We expect an appropriate response and compensation from Lufthansa, but have waited in vain for a response so far. We hope Lufthansa will take our complaint seriously and offer a fair solution.

The transfer was perfect. Everything was as it should be. The driver received us at the disembark gate, helped us with our luggage. It was a very nice experience.

These guys are BRILLIANT!! They are professional, prompt and communicative. We had multiple air itinerary changes within our group of 12 people, all heading different places at different times on our flights back to the US. This company did not just roll with all of our change requests, they kept on top of the flight times and the lines at the airport and reached out to us to offer their insights about how much time we would need to get through the airport and onto our planes.
