Driver didn’t show up. Contact phone number did not work. Had to hire driver at airport. Unnerving way to start off my vacay. After contacting Viator to resolve problem, Viator issued a refund..

I had a hard time looking for my name from the hundreds of signs outside. There was no Viator sign anywhere & not even anything in green.

Putu, our driver reached out in advance and shared his contact details to ensure a smooth experience. We were greeted as soon as we stepped out the airport. A great start to our trip with him! I would recommend using this airport transfer service!

He was patient, a great driver, and very considerate of whatever I needed. He had sent me a message stating he was there before I even got off the plane. My plane was late and traffic was horrible, but he made me feel that I was the priority and nothing else mattered.

I pre-booked an airport transfer after reading good reviews. However, I did not have a good experience, myself. I couldn’t find my driver anywhere. Despite being told via the app that someone was there holding a sign with my name, I couldn’t find them. I ended up having to pay for an airport taxi. So I paid twice - once for this booking in Viator and again for a taxi as I needed to get to my accommodation. I know this doesn’t happen to everyone as there are some good reviews for this service. However, sadly, this wasn’t my experience. Not only was this inconvenient and stressful but also expensive!

Great service from the airport. The driver was waiting for us and was super easy to find. Wonderful hospitality on our drive to the hotel and introduction to Bali. It made getting out of the airport and to our hotel easy as cake.

We used this service for our honeymoon airport transfer to Ubud. Driver was waiting for us at the gate and even sent a picture of the sign ahead of time so we would more easily find him. Expert driving and navigation - we arrived quickly, and driver was happy to answer questions we had.
