Me and my partner had an incredible experience with Hot Air Balloon Brisbane! The balloon flight itself was breathtaking, but what truly made the morning special was our pilot Jay and our driver Rob. It was clear from the moment we met them that this is far more than just a job to them. Their passion, enthusiasm, and genuine love for what they do shone through in every interaction and made the entire experience feel personal and memorable. A special shout-out to Jay, who went above and beyond throughout the day. Not only was he incredibly knowledgeable about the ballooning experience, but he also took the time to offer fantastic advice and recommendations on the local area, including places to visit and things to do during our stay. His insights were invaluable and really helped us make the most of our time in the region. Jay and Rob's professionalism, friendliness, and dedication created an unforgettable experience from start to finish. If you're considering a hot air balloon flight, I couldn't recommend Hot Air Balloon Brisbane highly enough. Thank you both for an amazing morning and memories that will last a lifetime! From start to finish the experience was excellent, from the friendly informative staff, the balloon ride was awesome, landing exciting, assisting with packing the balloon away. Wow. Then breakfast at O'REILLY'S, excellent and so much, wine tasting and the staff excellent service. The Alpacas 🦙 didn't expect to be leading and feeding OMG ours was called Santa. Thanks heaps for the best celebration of our 10th wedding anniversary.

All good! Very customer focused! Cup of hot tea / coffee while waiting in bus at Canungra would be welcome. We had perfect weather which added hugely!

From start to finish the whole journey, views & experience was amazing. All Staff were very friendly, helpful, very professional and all round great. A very smooth flight & beautiful views. Breakfast at the O’Reillys vineyard & the alpaca experience was awesome. We purchased 2 lovely bottles of ‘Big Pete’s port “ from the winery 👌 Would highly recommend a trip in the Air balloons for a great life experience.

It was all great. Robs commentary on the bus, the ride itself and even helping pack up. I'm nervous of heights but the balloon ride was one of the most relaxing things I've ever done.

The early start was worth it. Great team made you feel very safe and amazing flight - topped of by a decent breakfast and and a vist to the Llamas

A truly amazing experience. The whole experience was run smoothly, the staff were very professional, polite and knowledgeable. The views were breath taking. the only let down was breakfast. Cold quiche, muffins, muesli bars, fruit, orange juice and champagne. Whilst I enjoyed the glass of champagne, I did not enjoy the cold quiche. To me the food does not constitute a breakfast, rather a snack.
