Fra juli til september i Cabo kommer Olive Ridley og Black Turtles til kysten for at lægge deres æg dybt i sandet, før de vender tilbage til havet. Skildpaddeungerne klækkes omkring 45 dage senere, men i denne tid beskytter vi reden og passer på æggene. Vores opgave er at øge procentdelen af overlevelse så meget som muligt. Turen er guidet af en havbiolog, som bringer en sjov, lærerig læringsoplevelse, hvor du tager del i udgivelsen af disse babyskildpadder tilbage i naturen.

Booked a turtle release. Received a text day before that there were no turtles hatching and they would cancel. This was fine since I was promised a full refund. Never received my money back after 3 requests and promises of a refund.
This was incredible. Do it! Don’t have second thoughts. Worth every penny! This group’s only funding is through eco tourism and they do great work!
We (4 adults) TRULY ENJOYED this experience! The staff was very educational and gave a lot of information during our excursion! Releasing the turtles was AMAZING! THANK YOU for one of the best days of my life ❤️
This experience was truly magical! Thank you to our wonderful guide Patricio who taught us so much and with so much joy and passion for his work as a marine biologist. He is a turtle hero! This was one of the best excursions we’ve been on! The ease of booking, the seamless pick up and transfer, the Information session, and the turtle release all exceeded our expectations. From the youngest in our group (4 years old) to the oldest, we all found it engaging and memorable….although our 4 year old still misses the turtles she released 😂
A unique cultural experience seeing how they help turtles hatch and make it safely to the ocean. They explain the types of turtles that are hatching at this particular time and the process of the hatchling making it to the ocean.
Truly a magical experience. Educational. Joyful. Fun. Patrescio. Adrianna, and the turtle conservatory team were knowledgeable and delightfully friendly. A delightfully informative tutorial was followed by releasing the hatchlings on a pristine beach under a gorgeous sunset. What a thrill! Thank you for an unforgetable, emotionally uplifting activity!
This felt like a very rich experience that my daughter and I shared together. The team at Rancho Carisuva are doing heroes work to try to increase the possibility that as many baby turtles as possible can survive the dangerous journey from their nest to the ocean. The tour provided transportation to and from my hotel, which made the whole thing very simple the only thing I wished I had brought was some bug spray for the discussion at the ranch before we went to the beach.
Really enjoyed our experience learning about and releasing the baby sea turtles ! What great conservation work they do !
It was an educational and fun experience that’s great for everyone. We learned about sea turtles and then we each got to release many of them and see them out to the ocean. Worth the trip.
This excursion was the highlight of my whole 8 day cruise. Abel was our private tour guide. While we did do part of the day with the bigger group when it came to releasing the baby turtles my husband and I had a bucket of the cutest black turtles ever and we got to release all of them and name ALL of them! Abel took fantastic photos of us and the sunset... WOW! It couldn't have been more perfect. To say we highly recommend this excursion is an understatement. If you love sea turtles, book this!! I will definitely be going back.
