This was such a fun time! All the guys were great and nice! The boat had plenty of space, the food was good, and the music was so much fun to dance to. And of course the open bar! I would book with them again. Thank you for all the fun!!!

This company is extremely disorganized and unprofessional. We arrived for our 12pm catamaran and snorkeling excursion, and they told us the catamaran wouldn’t even be back until at least 1pm. The excursion lasts 3 hours, and we had to be back on the ship by 4pm. We explained this situation to the employee we were told to meet up with, and he recommended we cancel and ask for a refund, as we could no longer participate, thanks to lack of communication and frankly, deceptive and false advertising. After calling and explaining situation to a Victor representative, he agreed we did the right thing and deserved a refund, yet an hour later I checked my email and saw the refund was REJECTED because they marked us down as NO-SHOWS. We will NEVER book through Viator again if they cannot get this company to give us the refund we rightly deserve. This could not have been a worse experience unless they actually pulled a gun out to do the robbery that they pulled on us. Absolutely ZERO stars, and we will NEVER book through Viator again if this is not resolved properly.

Your reservation was made for the 1:00 PM catamaran, not 12:00 PM. We carefully schedule our tours based on the time selected during booking, and all logistics — including boat preparations, staffing, and transportation — are organized 24 hours in advance. Unfortunately, last-minute changes or cancellations aren’t always possible due to these operational requirements. Our team on-site explained the situation and tried their best to assist, but the issue stemmed from an incorrect assumption about the departure time — not from any delay or miscommunication on our end. That said, we’re still sad to hear the tour didn’t work out for you.
