Fun bus ride to the Marina to take a sunset cruise to the Arches. Our driver, Ramon on bus 7 was wonderful and easy to find! Met some really cool people From all over!

We booked the gray line transportation to and from the airport. The ride to the resort was great but the return trip never arrived. I informed them of our flight changes days ago. They are refusing our refund. We had to book a taxi at the last minute and barely made to the airport in time.

In our experience, they were professional, organized, courteous, punctual. The SUV was spacious and comfortable. At the airport, they sent clear instructions on how to find them. They didn't try to solicit their services and when I approached them, they had a printed list of guests ready with details and kept us well informed while the car arrived and helped us with the luggage. They came to the hotel to confirm our return ride as well. I will recommend their services. We worked with Jose Martin at the hotel and Antonio at the airport, amongst others.

This is advertised as “luxury” service but they use the same white vans as everyone else. There was no water as advertised either. The driver was very courteous and efficient.
