Nicolas was a great guide! He was very knowledgeable and answered any questions the group had. I’d very much recommend this tour to anyone visiting London!
The meeting place for this tour is right under an active construction site (the Ritz is undergoing a huge renovation.) When we showed up to the meeting spot three minutes after 1pm, the group had already left, and we couldn’t find it because of the chaotic meeting point. This has never happened to us on a walking tour. The company offered to rebook us, but our schedule was packed with other things. We didn’t get a refund because they considered it a cancellation. Seems like others enjoyed the tour, but just beware that the meeting point is confusing and crowded with other tourists, along with being under construction.
We did this tour on our first day in London and loved it! Adrian was a great guide and our whole family learned several things that we referenced the rest of the trip. It was a small enough group that we never had trouble hearing our guide. Our kids, aged 9 and 12 were engaged the whole time. We went on a changing of the guard day - be advised that you see the guards marching but not the actual changing ceremony
Highly recommend this tour! Our guide,Jack, was so great at giving us a taste of London during our 3 hour time slot. Jack was funny, kind, inclusive and very knowledgeable about each site. This tour is perfect if you are only spending a short time in London and want to take in the major sites. Definitely a must on your to-do list. Request Jack if you can!! The meeting spot was easy to find and very organized.
Adrian was great! Even though we have been to London several times before, we both learned something new! The brief tour was a perfect "refresh" of London sites.

It was a very hot day in London, 32 deg Celsius. The guide for our group was Jack. He was knowledgeable and entertaining, never a dull moment on this tour. The tour was very informative and provide the necessary groundwork for further exploration. Jack works well with seniors as he had a couple of ladies dancing and singing.
Lisa was an amazing guide, great with photos and made my 7 year old feel very included! I would highly recommend this tour.
My 18 year old and I had a great time on the 3 hour tour with Owen. He won my kid over with his quick wit and frank assessments. Definitely not a boring guide - made it fun and entertaining!
