London Zoo Entry Billet

The day that we went the weather was perfect so it wasn’t too hot and it wasn’t too cold. We saw all of the animals apart from the Tiger’s as they wasn’t out which was a bit disappointing as they was the ones we was looking forward to the most, but overall the experience was really fun and we saw lots of animals and the staff were really friendly and engaging and helpful. I would definitely recommend it as a good date day. A side note definitely bring your own food if you need to as the price’s of the food and ice cream’s, hot and cold drinks are extortionate. But overall a 4 out of 5.

I would score it 6 out of 5 if I could. An excellent zoo with a wide range of fascinating animals and engaging staff giving interesting talks. Blue frogs, a butterfly tent, exotic spiders, colourful and noisy birds, silver back gorillas behind spotlessly clean glass. It was busy on a Saturday but didn't feel overcrowded. An experience for the whole family.

Yesterday my son, my husband and I had an unforgettable morning at The London Zoo doing the Sumatran Tiger Keeper Experience. Seeing the Sumatran tigers up close in Tiger Territory was amazing. A massive shoutout to Rachel, who did the majority of the talking; she was so knowledgeable, upbeat, and funny, giving us fascinating insights into the zoo's vital conservation work. It was also a privilege to see trainers Amy and Kate working with the animals, as their expertise shone through and you could see the bond they had with the tigers. Olivia and Kim were also absolute stars while we were making the enrichment toys, going above and beyond by showing us extra videos of the tigers and patiently answering any questions we had. The genuine passion of the staff made the entire experience deeply meaningful, and having general zoo entry included meant we could enjoy the rest of the zoo afterward and we loved every minute of it. It was a flawless day that our family will treasure forever, and we highly recommend it to anyone looking for a truly magical Sumatran tiger encounter!

We stayed overnight in one of the lodges. The whole experience was absolutely fantastic. We got to spend 2 days in the zoo and a night in the lodge. We received a welcome drink, then had a private twilight tour. We then had a 2 course dinner followed by a private night tour, guided by lindon and Neha. They were absolutely fantastic! And extremely knowledgeable about all of the animals. In the morning we had another private tour with Ibby. He was also absolutely amazing. All 3 of our guides were brilliant and very informative. They also made it good fun

I went to London Zoo for the first time in years for a birthday surprise and got to do the meet the meerkats experience. I had a really really great time with it and had the best zookeepers Maisie and Paul overseeing it. Would definitely recommend the meet the meerkats experience to all ages and the wider Zoo also as it’s still just as good as it was as a child.

We went yesterday. 7.9.2026 for our sons birthday and found a lot of the cages empty or nearly empty. The place was massive but hardly any animals. The monkey enclosure we walked through. Not a single monkey because they were all locked in doors. Not worth the money to get into the zoo. Can’t fault the staff though. Very polite.

It was a wonderful day when we visited the zoo a few days ago. With the nice weather & and overall a very good experience seeing all the animals at London Zoo. We saw the lions, giraffes, zebras & many others. The penguins were the best, they all seemed very happy jumping around in their nice pool. We saw the keepers all working hard in the background. Staff at the main entrance were polite & welcoming. Thank you to Simi S who helped & directed us to the Capybaras. Well worth a visit. Jaz

Just found the space they give the animals in here is very cruel and the tigers need more overgrown areas sad to see animals being treated so poorly

It’s a lovely day out but I feel it’s very expensive. My grandson loved it and to be fair it was only good because he was there. I don’t feel there’s enough to do and the animals are scarce, especially the big ones, which might not be the zoos fault but we did feel that some of the enclosures actually didn’t have any animals in. Also found it a bit tiresome finding loos. On the whole a good day with the grandson. If it were just me and the wife it would be poor day for the money.

This zoo has so many great walk through experiences! All the animals look so healthy and happy! I am very glad we didn't leave London without visiting the zoo!
