Fabulous! SO MUCH FUN! To actually make your own scones, eat them with cream, jam and a cup of tea. Kia was amazing. A must do!

Missed my scone class
I booked a scone making class for 3 people through Project Expedition. The confirmation email included the teacher’s name and address- 26 Voltaire Rd London. The day before the class Project Expedition sent an email reminder with the same class address. The cab driver refused to leave us because it was such a sketchy area by the train tracks. We called the teacher who yelled, didn’t let us get a word in to ask questions and couldn’t tell us how far away she was. It was impossible to get the correct address from her due to her yelling. We missed the class. Project Expedition has not responded to my email request for a refund since we missed the class due to the teacher’s and PExp. error.

I am sorry that you had a disappointing experience. After we changed in November I contacted project expedition and Eatwith the 3rd party organisation whom you bought the tickets and informed them of our new address. I also wrote to them both a week before your class and they assured the address had been updated and you had been given the correct address. This was evidently not the case and I advise to seek a refund from them as they were at fault in giving you the wrong information. When you contacted us on the day the person you spoke to had a lot of difficulty being heard and understood by you as you seemed to calling from a noisy taxi. Nether the less this call should have been handled better and I am sorry that fell short of our standards. Please rest assured that your feedback has been taken onboard and these problems will not be repeated.
