We got to our destination fine, but communication wasn't great. I had to take the initiative to communicate. The person was hard to find and wasn't waiting for us when we arrived like they were supposed to. Water was supposed to be provided but wasn't.

We were picked up on time. Our driver was very friendly and courteous. It does take a long time to drive from LHR to London city. 50 minutes. Traffic

Reservation info included the incorrect phone number for our driver resulting in a 30+ minute delay while we searched for him at Heathrow and repeatedly tried to phone him using the contact number provided on our reservation.

Our driver was on time, very knowledgeable about the the area. He was also a lot of laughs as he told us stories about London. Would be happy to have him again next time

We had a great tour, I was with my elderly mother and brother. Our tour guide/driver Mark had extensive knowledge of the area, was very VERY accommodating with the tour time, especially waiting when we were stuck in traffic on our way to meet him. He kept us on even ground to accommodate my mother, brought us to amazing photo spots, and gave fabulous restaurant recommendations. I recommend this tour.

The ride service was ok but not outstanding. We had a very difficult time meeting up with the driver who was pleasant enough but not what I had expected.
