The information given where to meet up at was false. We couldn’t find the bus. Missed the tour. We even spent money on an uber to get there.
I've taken many tours, but Emma stands out as truly exceptional. Her enthusiasm for London, combined with her deep local knowledge, transformed an evening bus tour into an engaging and memorable experience. The bus/driver never showed and there was another bus there and their guide said this tour was cancelled and the driver went home for the night. Said they usually cancel the 09:00PM, also trip advisor will not refund me.
