An early afternoon tea bus tour proved to be the perfect activity to kick off a London weekend trip as the route of the bus really does show off all the highlights of the city. The departure gate was really easy to find at Victoria Coach Station and Jeremias and Azucena took really good care of all the guests onboard. We pre-ordered a bottle of bubbly which was kept beautifully cold throughout the whole journey. The sandwhiches and cones were varied and super yummy any plentiful to substitute a whole proper lunch. The information provided on the various sights was also great, loved every minute of this tour.
Wonderful afternoon tea tour on hottest day of the year. Don't know how they managed it but was was fresh and cool despite the heat. The option of iced tea was very welcome and so were the bottles of chilled water. Had VIP seating at the front, which had an amazing view during the tour. Looked after by Alex and Aziz who were efficient and very attentive. Plenty to eat. Were offered boxes to take home what we couldn't manage, but decided against this as we would worried about not keeping the cakes cool. The commentary was informative, and would perhaps have liked this to have been more a part of the tour, although we did enjoy the music in-between.

An absolutely exceptional experience! Everything was perfect from start to finish. The food was delicious, with an excellent selection of sweet and savory dishes. The bus is beautifully decorated, which makes the experience even more magical while discovering London. A huge thank you to Nella and Eden, who were absolutely wonderful. They were attentive throughout the journey, always smiling, welcoming, and very kind. They even offered to take our photos outside the bus as well as inside, which allowed us to leave with beautiful memories. They also regularly came to ask us if we wanted more drinks or if we needed anything. Thanks to them, this experience was even more memorable. This is undoubtedly one of the most beautiful moments of my stay in London, and I will not hesitate for a second to do it again on my next visit. I recommend this experience 100%!

We were gifted afternoon tea on a 1960s bus. We got the bus from Victoria Coach Station. We used the disabled toilet which is located in the accessibility hub. Bus arrived and the staff got me onboard first, there was a lift to get me onto the bus and once positioned I was secured in with 4 qstraint straps and a seatbelt. The sandwiches and cakes were already laid out and a guy came round with hot drinks. Hot drinks were unlimited refills and were served in a lidded cup which you could take home. Half way through warm scones and cream and jam were served. We were also offered bottles of water. Music was playing inbetween the tour guide info. It lasted 90 mins in total. Sandwiches and cakes were delicious. We were offered a box to takeaway any leftovers but we had eaten all of ours! Would recommend this experience and wheelchair users are absolutely fine.

A fantastic experience! Would highly recommend. The bus was decorated beautifully, the afternoon tea was amazing, absolutely delicious and Jeremias and Aziz were extremely attentive. The tour of London was really good and as it was my 60th birthday, everyone sang happy birthday to me and I got a cake and card, really special.

When I booked, I was allocated bus no 1, at adownstairs table. We were actually on bus number 7 upstairs. There was no indication where to actually meet. A BR staff member roared at us telling us to go back the way we came. A staff member rang me to ask where we were and I told him we were in sight of the bus. Finally, one the two staff members from the bus guided us where to go. He and his colleague on the bus were very helpful. The afternoon tea was good overall but some of the sandwiches felt dry, as if exposed to air too long. The journey was very rough and bouncy. The driver seemed to take corners harshly and brake abruptly. There were several occasions when tea items slid all over the place. To be honest I didn't think the overall experience was worth the money at all.

For example, our Classic Afternoon Tea Tours operate on two Routemaster buses rather than seven, so we are unsure what is meant by being reassigned from bus number 1 to bus number 7. Likewise, we are not familiar with the "BR staff" reference. Our classic tours depart from Victoria Coach Station where guests must be escorted onto the departure grounds for safety reasons. The departure gate is displayed on the station screens, and our team is always available to assist should any guest require directions. We are also sorry to read that some items did not feel as fresh as expected and that the road conditions and driving style affected your enjoyment of the tour. As our website contains detailed information, images, videos, menus and FAQs about the experience, we always encourage guests to review these before travelling. Thank you Nella, Jeeva, Eden and Kev for a fantastic afternoon on Peppa’s bus tour! Despite a hiccup with the bus indicators causing a delay, the team was ever positive and professional and did a good job entertaining the kids. A very unique experience for any Peppa Pig lovers!

What a great experience! 🌟 We were a group of 18 spread across lower and upper deck with various dietaries/allergies and nothing was too much trouble. It was really warm day so we were glad of the windows… perhaps an extra fan or two on there would be a good idea! 👍 The servers were good and the Prosecco was cold - make sure you order alcohol in advance (and enough) as the don’t stick/sell more on the bus!! Really recommend this for a quirky twist on this Britishyradition ❤️
