Fun to learn about Slovenia while enjoying great food and wine! Small group size allowed you to meet others.
We thoroughly enjoyed the tour and tastings with Inna. Each of the staff at the stops were great also. The company was excellent to arrange with!
My husband and I did this food walking tour with Meta in August 2026 and it was one of the best things we did in Slovenia. From traditional Slovenian dishes to local cheeses and charcuterie to modern twists and delicious desserts, it was all fantastic. Meta was an outstanding guide who is very knowledgeable about Slovenian food culture. We left full and happy, and both have a new appreciation for the country’s culinary side.

Was a heap of fun. Tried all sorts of different foods and our guide was knowledgable and shared lots of stories, history and information about local and Slovenian life. Very happy to answer our questions too

We shared a lovely afternoon with our knowledgeable and friendly guide Alenka, who gave us a tour of Slovenia through some iconic food dishes and regional wines. Strolling through Ljubljana, we visited five different establishments and had ample portions of food and wine, including appetizers, soup, traditional main dishes and desserts. The walk was well-paced and Alenka pointed out interesting or historic sights along the way. The small size of our group (four) made for some great conversations about food and culture. It was a fantastic introduction to Ljubljana and Slovenia's delicious food!

We have done food tours in at least 4 other Major European cities and this was the best. They do a great job of explaining culinary history and culture along with great food and wine. It is a great place to do a food tour as well. Don't hesitate to book

We had a lovely tour with Anelka. It was long, not rushed at any point, we got a lot of information and could try both traditional and more modern Slovenian food. We had time to chat and ask questions, and the food & wine was delicious - overall a great experience. Thank you!
