Tour guide communicated clearly where to meet and was there to greet us from our cruise ship. He was willing to adjust the tour based on what we wanted to see, which we appreciated. Our guide was friendly but a little difficult to hear (he spoke softly and those of us in the back seat of the mini van couldn't hear much of what was said during the hour + drive). Nice vehicle and we were able to see a bit of Florence and Pisa as well as have a nice wine tasting/lunch in the Tuscany area. He helped us fit a lot in our one day at port.
It's wonderful to hear that your tour guide in Florence was accommodating and willing to adjust the tour based on your preferences. However, it's unfortunate that some of you had difficulty hearing the guide due to their soft-spoken nature. Nonetheless, it's great that you were able to explore both Florence and Pisa and enjoy wine tasting and lunch in the beautiful Tuscany area. It sounds like your guide made the most of your limited time at the port and ensured you had a memorable experience.
