Lissabon Sunset Cruise med vin og snacks

It was a terrible experience and we ended up not going and asking for a refund. You do not advertise that you have reserved seating for tour groups. We stood in line for 45 minutes and then two tour groups come walking up skipping everybody in the line people were upset not to mention the Boat left after sunset so what was the point? It wasn’t a sunset cruise that’s why we left. It left almost at dark so no one was gonna see a sunset. I have asked for a refund and I would not recommend it to anyone because you need to advertise that seats to reserved.

We have been waiting in the queue for the Cruise 19:10 sunset cruise. It is now 19:26, and we are still waiting to board. On top of this, two groups arrived after us and were allowed to board before us. The cruise was advertised as a sunset cruise, but at this point there is no sunset to see at all. This is very disappointing, especially considering the waiting time and the fact that other groups were allowed to board before us.

If you want your included one wine each you need to be sure you get it early because they run out of the included individual.bottles and then you have to buy a half bottle. Sunset would have been better if they departed at the schedules 7.10 but leaving at 7.35 meant your view of the sunset was through building sites cranes. Snacks were olives and peanuts and bread. Nice to have with wines. Maybe something savory to go on the bread you would think, hummus or cheese, no. What was in the little packets? Butter and jam! And to follow a piece of cheesecake. Two hours was too long particularly when it was dark for so much of it. Second rate experience

Beautiful ride with great photo ops! Get in line early so you can have the top deck. Bring a sweater!

It’s not very well done. Boat was late and we almost missed sunset. Drinks were cheap and warm. Snacks were bread and cocktail peanuts. Boat is old, needs TlLC and a bit dirty. Staff were nice but this is definitely not worth spending any money on. Only space for about 50 people on the second level and if you are not early you will not get a sport. A queue was starting to line up 1 hour before the cruise. What a waste of time.

The experience was disappointing. Only the persons who got on the boat first in the queue managed to sit outside and see the views the remaining people had to sit inside. The boat was very hot. The wine was nice as they served local wine however the snacks included nuts, bread and a piece of cake. Half way through the tour I was then told about the blue cruise app which I could learn about the sights.

It was extremely hot. The upper deck of the boat fills up only holding 52 people. The rest of the boat none of the windows were not opened there was no ac so it was miserable. Would not recommend.

We were so excited about this cruise! The boat was big with plenty of seating and the views were nice. That's about all the good things I can say. The description mentions a bottle of wine and snacks included. There are many cruises with the same feature but we booked this one because we liked the look. When we arrived we were given a snack plate and they were serving orange juice. We had to go to the bar if we wanted an alcoholic beverage. When we went to claim our wine on this 2hr long ride, we were told they ran out of from the group before and could only offer beer, water, or juice. This might be an acceptable alternative for some, but as a person who doesn't drink beer and booked the cruise specifically for the promise of wine, this was disappointing. They made no mention of this before we embarked, so we were essentially being held hostage on a boat that was not delivering on the experience that they promised. When asked if they would offer a complimentary drink or any other alternative, they were completely inflexible. In fact, they DID have wine, but they did not want to offer it complimentary (the wine was not fancy) so they made us purchase these eerily similar bottles of wine mentioned in the description. The whole experience was really disappointing and unfair. If they were honest about what they could deliver, we would have picked another boat. Instead, we had to pay more to have the experience we wanted even though it was supposed to be included. The boat has tripping hazards everywhere and it was very crowded. I would not recommend this boat unfortunately.

Meeting point was unsure: address was clear but there is three ports, A-B-C, and continous action on dock made unsure feeling if we were on rigth place. Announced cruise start time was missed almost a half hour due to ship docked over 15 minutes late. Cruise itself was fine if industrial view of Lisbon is your interest. Wine and snack secton of cruise... selection of water, juice, or white wine. If cruise is sunset cruise with wine and white wine is my pet hate.
