Din pickup instruktioner: Fra lufthavnen: Din chauffør vil vente med et navneskilt inde i ankomstterminalen. Gratis ventetid er op til 60 minutter. Fra Cruise Terminal: Mød din chauffør i den udpegede Passenger Pickup zone. Han eller hun vil holde et skilt med dit navn eller gruppenavn. Fra alle andre steder: Vær venligst i din udpegede afhentningszone mindst 10 minutter før din planlagte tid. På rejsedagen - Hold kontakten: Din chauffør vil kontakte dig direkte. Sørg for, at din telefon er tændt og i stand til at modtage opkald og sms'er. Kontakt operatøren: Brug ikke Viator-platformen til at sende beskeder til føreren eller overførselsoperatøren. - Ventetid: Efter den tildelte ventetid, hvis der ikke er nogen kontakt med partiet, forbeholder Transfer Operator sig ret til at registrere turen som en "No-Show" af gæsten. No-show kan ikke refunderes.
- Vil du gerne kombinere en privat tur med din transfer? Vores ture omfatter afhentning og afhentning på dit valgte sted. Når du parrer en tur med din bookede overførsel, krediterer vi dig for den betalte overførsel.
- Ingen kontantbetalinger: Chauffører må ikke indsamle betalinger om bord, med undtagelse af tips/gratis.
- Direkte betalinger: Enhver kontant eller anden form for betaling foretaget direkte til chaufføren vil blive betragtet som et tip/gratis og tæller ikke til bookingprisen.
- Ansvarsbegrænsning: RapidShuttle er ikke ansvarlig for eventuelle genstande i køretøjerne.
- Gæsteansvar: Det er gæstens ansvar at sikre, at de har alle deres ting, når de forlader køretøjet.
- Standard tilladelse: Hver rejsende er tilladt et maksimum af en (1) medium checked bag (op til 50lbs / 23kg) og en (1) carry-on bag.
- Oversized/Excessive Bagage: Store/ekstra-store checkede tasker, surfbræder, golfklubber eller cykler kan have begrænsninger. Spørg transport-/turoperatøren inden rejsen for at bekræfte, om overskydende bagage er acceptabelt.
- Gebyrer : Ekstra gebyrer kan gælde for oversized eller ekstra bagage.
- Indkvartering: Foldbare kørestole/scootere med aftagelige hjul kan indkvarteres, forudsat at gæsten/de er ledsaget af en person, der kan hjælpe dem med boarding, landing og demontering/montering af mobilitetsenheden.
- Kapacitetsbegrænsninger: Kørestole/scootere må ikke passe i køretøjer beregnet til 1-2 passagerer (Sedan) eller 3-4 passagerer (Minivan).
- Gæsteansvar: Det er Gæstens ansvar at sikre, at deres mobilitetsenhed passer ind i det valgte køretøj.
- Chaufføransvar: På grund af ansvarsbegrænsninger er chaufføren ikke tilladt at bistå i demonteringen/samlingen af kørestolen/scooteren, ej heller at bistå Gæsten(e) med boarding eller off-boarding af køretøjet.
- Tilgængelighed Bemærk: Transfers køretøjer er ikke udstyret til at levere specialiserede Access/ADA-tjenester.
- Inkompatibilitet: Hvis rullestolen/scooteren ikke kan passe ind i bagagerummet, eller Gæsten(e) ikke kan gå om bord på det valgte køretøj, vil RapidShuttle gøre sit bedste for at finde en alternativ service til Gæsten(e) på egen regning. Disse omkostninger vil være i tillæg til den oprindelige reservation omkostninger.
- Serviceudskiftning: På grund af uforudsete hændelser (vejforhold, mekaniske fejl, overbookinger) forbeholder RapidShuttle sig ret til at bruge betroede partnere for at sikre rettidig service uden ekstra omkostninger for dig. Erstatningstjenesten vil være lig med eller bedre end den bookede. Nødvendige rejsende information (navn, telefon, fly / afhentning detaljer) vil blive delt med partneren.
- Børns sikkerhed: Passagererne er ansvarlige for passende sikkerhedsudstyr. Børnesæder/boosterpladser tilbydes på anmodning mod et tillægsgebyr.
- Ekstra ventetid gebyrer (på anmodning): $ 15,00 pr. 15 minutter betales til chaufføren direkte.
- Pickup instruktioner: Ved ankomsten, fortsætte til den udpegede passager pickup zone på terminalens grænse. Ring (ikke sms / e-mail) chaufføren direkte hvis kontaktoplysninger blev givet; ellers, ring til virksomheden dispatcher.
- Bemærk: På rejsedagen skal du kontakte din chauffør eller transferoperatøren direkte. Brug ikke Viator platform til kontakt.
- Chauffører: Alle chauffører taler engelsk og portugisisk. Bilingviske chauffører kan anmodes om, men er ikke garanteret.

Excellent transfer service! Our driver was very easy to find as soon as we exited the Cruise Terminal. He was standing holding a sign with our name clearly visible and a welcoming smile. He delivered us safely to our airport terminal and helped us with our luggage. We couldn’t ask for better service than we received. I highly recommend this service!

Double confirm pick up time. Our driver was given the wrong time to pick us up by his office which caused us to arrive at airport later than we planned

Our driver was excellent. We flew into Lisbon, Portugal airport which has the worst system for foreign passengers to enter the country. They have electronic machines that should work but are in clusters of 6-8 machines spread out over a great distance. No personnel to assist or tell people to keep walking to the next bank of machines. All machines went offline and NO ONE around to direct a huge plane full of people. Then when machine came back online only about 50% of people would get approved. After all this, we had to join a LONG LINE of passengers to go through a regular passport check. The whole process took us 3 hours and our driver waited for us!! He was so courteous and helpful. He apologized to us and was still smiling after waiting all that time.
