New at picked us up at the Airport and waited until we cleared customs while staying in touch with us. Easy to find at Starbucks. Priscilla took us from the hotel back to the Airport a week later and was right on time and extremely pleasant.
Friendly efficient transport and Roberto was able to lead us thru the masses to a comfortable car to get to where we were going!
HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE! Very bad communication. When we landed and cleared custom the driver was not there. Tried calling several time the number given for the driver…no answer. Not even a text. After 30 min we finally got a text from a different driver. So we had to wait for them instead of them waiting for us. For the return trip to the airport, we were supposed to be picked up from a different location./ hotel from the one we were dropped off at. It was stated on the form that we filled out. They indicated it would not be a problem. We had to write them several times to clarify and confirm pick up point. Then to top it off the driver was 15-20 mins late picking us up for return to the airport.
Driver was right on time and easy to meet up with. We connected by phone as I got out of the luggage area and he beat me to the pickup point
We were collected from our hotel at the requested time for airport trsnsfer and drivers took our luggage. Mercedes vehicles were spotless and drivers very polite. I can recommend
Our plane was slightly late in arriving and our baggage reclaim was slow. Our 2 drivers waited patiently by Starbucks in the airport and kept in touch until we could join them. Their vehicles were 2 lovely Mercedes people carriers and they assisted with our luggage and no complaints about the waiting time. I can recommend.
Flight landed at 2:26 PM. After waiting a substantial amount of time at the pre-designated pick-up location with no communication or contact with the driver, I attempted to contact the provider but was unsuccessful. I then contacted Viator support. Viator called the driver. After Viator’s involvement, the driver/provider then called me to advise he was running late. The driver/provider arrived at 3:56 PM. The lack of communication and the tardiness was very disappointing.
