Our driver was awesome , our flight was 1/2 hour late and boarder entry took a long time, and he wait for us! He was knowledgeable and friendly, we had a pleasant drive to our hotel. Thank you!!!
Plane arrival is at 8:05 , and requested a 9:30 pick up to make sure, baggage, customs and walk and bus ride would take so much! But this company send his driver at 8:30 which we are not even out, and blaming me for being late!! Why request a time if it’s not even followed!!
They were on time.easy to find Car was clean very helpful with luggage..we would highly recommend their service!
We are so grateful that Maria was able to pick us up at the airport in Lisboa and drive us to our Airbnb. She was on time, hardworking, courageous, and patient.
Trustworthy and reliable. Very good. The lady coordinator was ready and waiting for us. The van was clean and the driver was very very very helpful. He loaded and offloaded our 9 suitcases even had a car seat ready for us. Even slowed down at the roundabout for us to take a "welcome to Lisbon " sign. Experience is A+
Filipe was our driver and he was great! Got our voucher, then received a text as we landed. Got a map with location to meet. Great price, nice large van, told us some local spots to eat, and took us straight to our hotel. Definitely recommend using this service.

Experience was great and easy to meet driver No issues I wish was informed earlier where to meet as had to contact company via chat as sent email no response. Via chat response was straight away so thanks for confirming meeting point Driver was professional and on time Highly recommend
The driver didn’t show up and when we called to ask for an update, they suggested I didn’t have a booking. They told me to take an uber (which wasn’t possible because we were travelling with a baby). So, I was forced to take the metro with a small baby at 1am. I requested a refund, which should g have been an issue considering they didn’t show up and also told me I didn’t have a Booking - they have refused the refund! It’s a complete scam. They had zero compassion for a parent who travelled internationally with a small baby. Viator was no help and continues to send updates with zero helpful information. Bottom line, they didn’t show up for the scheduled pickup, forced our family to split up and find our way through Lisbon at an unsafe hour. I’m beyond disappointed and discouraged by their lack of humility.

Absolutely no communication about where to meet. Multiple attempts to call (number not in service) and communication via Viator unsuccessful. After almost two hours of waiting we just got an Uber. I need a refund.

We have no missed calls from your number, and the driver sent you a message with clear intructions to go to meeting point 3.
