En receptionist eller din chauffør vil vente på mødestedet med et skilt med passagernes navn og ledsage dig til dit tildelte køretøj. Afhentning uden for lufthavnen (hotel eller privat adresse) For afhentning på hoteller eller private adresser vil din chauffør møde dig direkte ved hovedindgangen eller den angivne adresse på det planlagte tidspunkt. We booked a transfer to the airport from our home. The driver, Nelson Leong, arrived early and waited for us to be ready. He readily helped us with our luggage (we travelled heavy!) and was thoroughly helpful and professional throughout. Excellent service. I will use TopTour again
Airport transfer arrived 10 min early, nice large vehicle. Nelson Leong was this driver. We are using this company for 3 airport transfers. First two have been perfect. Third yet to come…

SCAM DON'T LET THEM STEAL YOUR MONEY!!! I paid for this 3 weeks in advance along with another tour. I scheduled it for Friday morning pickup. No one even showed up, I called and they asked to pay cash and that I would be refunded for the payment I already made. Unfortunately they are now not responding to my emails, texts or calls. I will have to fight this with my credit card company.

Our driver arrived at the address provided on August 3rd, ready to begin the tour as planned. Additionally, on August 2nd, the driver assigned to your service sent you a message to introduce himself and provide important information and recommendations for the following day. Regarding any additional payments you may have made, we must inform you that we are not responsible for these transactions. None of our vehicles or drivers conducted any tours on August 2nd, nor did they receive any payments. This can be easily verified, and we strongly advise you to be cautious of potential fraudulent activity. Please be assured that our company operates with the utmost integrity, and we urge you to report any suspicious behavior to the relevant authorities.
