For transfer med afhentning uden for lufthavnen, vil ventetiden være op til 15 minutter, beregnet ud fra den planlagte afhentning tid. Som hovedregel er det tilladt for hver passager at medbringe en kuffert og en taske eller personlige genstande i vores køretøjer. Der er visse størrelses- og vægtbegrænsninger for at sikre, at hver passagers ejendele kan passe ind i bagagerummet. Our Driver Bruno Was Fabulous! Not only did he drive us to the airport but he parked & got a cart to take take our luggage to the proper checkin line & told us the next few steps to get to our gate! This was a first for us in the the Lisbon airport which is very busy & not very self explanatory! He was our Rockstar! Thank you Bruno !!! We were grateful! Kay & Julie
I can’t say enough good things about the Transportation Service from our hotel in Lisbon to the Lisbon Airport. Our driver was very knowledgeable about Lisbon. He pointed out many things we weren’t aware of. He was a good driver, responsible, friendly and very helpful. When we arrived at the airport he loaded our luggage on a cart and helped us navigate to where we were to check in. I highly recommended this company.
My driver arrived early and sent me a WhatsApp message with his name, location, and car info. We didn’t chat but he seemed very nice. He gave me directions on where to go for flight check in.
The car was waiting for us at the hotel reception ahead of the scheduled time. Not only did the driver share with us his in-depth knowledge of the Lisbon Tourist industry (in perfect English) during the drive to the airport but on arrival at the airport he parked his car and accompanied us to the correct airline check-in area and spoke to the airline representative (in portuguese) on our behalf to ensure that we encountered no problems with checking our baggage and obtaining our boarding passes.

Daniel was great! It was wonderful not to have to worry about getting a taxi or uber. Daniel arrived a few minutes early and what’s app’d us to let us know that he was there. Totally worth the peace of mind!

Our hotel-to-airport transfer was a great experience from start to finish. I originally scheduled pickup for 6 AM, then realized our flight was at 6 AM and needed to change it to 3 AM just a few hours beforehand—thankfully, it wasn’t an issue at all. Our driver was pleasant, the car was very comfortable, and the whole experience took the stress out of trying to find a taxi or Uber that early in the morning. He even helped bring our bags inside and pointed us in the right direction for our gate, which he absolutely didn’t have to do but we really appreciated. Overall, a smooth and stress-free experience—I’d definitely recommend it.

Daniel was so helpful and kind! He also chatted with us the whole trip and gave us recommendations for Lisbon and the Algarve. We booked N1Transfer for a round-trip - from the airport to our hotel and then from the hotel to the airport a few days later. Imagine our surprise when we went to check-out 15 minutes ahead of our booked ride and Daniel was already standing there! He was prompt both times - he arrived quickly when our time at Border Control went much faster than normal (I am pregnant and was able to use the priority line), and we didn't have to wait for more than 10 minutes when we landed at Lisbon airport. I would highly recommend this private car service to anyone who wants some calm and peace of mind during the stressful parts of their travels! We also had the pleasure of meeting Daniel's brother - Bruno - who was just as kind and sweet as Daniel. We will book N1Transfer again when we come back to Portugal!

Excellent service. Driver was on time. He took our luggage to the check in desk. He answerd all our questions. Speaks Inglish, spanish and portuguese. 100% recommended.
