Er du klar til at opleve Portugals kultur gennem lækker og traditionel mad parret med autentiske vine? Mellem det charmerende bycentrum og Lissabons ældste kvarter, Alfama, har jeg opdaget en glædelig sti, som jeg ikke kan vente med at dele med dig! Vores rejse starter ved det charmerende Praça do Comercio: slentre og slappe af i en af Europas mest historiske "Café-restauranter", etableret i 1782! Smag særskilte portugisiske vine fra forskellige regioner - seks i alt under vores tur (nok til at holde glæden oppe!) - parret med 11 lækre petiscos. Ingen grund til middag bagefter, jeg garanterer det! Beundre dens monumenter, omfavn Fado-arven, beundre de unikke azulejos, vandre gennem fortryllende gyder og opdag en traditionel "tasca" (familiedrevet værtshus), der vil begejstre dine smagsløg! Jeg vil gerne have, at du føler dig som en lokal, oplever traditionel mad, autentiske vine, der rører ved kunsten, kulturen, mødet med stedets mennesker, og selvfølgelig... have det sjovt!

Vores første smagningssession finder sted på den gamle "Terreiro do Paço", hvor vi finder den ældste og mest berømte litterære café i hovedstaden, Martinho da Arcada (1782).
Fortsætter du din udforskning langs Rua da Alfandega og Largo do Chafariz de Dentro, vil du være i stand til at trække vejret og genopleve den gamle by med dens monumenter, historier og gyder i et af Portugals mest autentiske kvarterer.
Bagefter skal vi besøge en typisk portugisisk place-food (tasca) kaldet A Muralha Vinhos e Tapas for at starte den anden smagssession. Billeder og illustrationer, der kan formidle viden og historie, vil blive brugt til at understøtte vores smagning.

Enrico provided a wonderful and informative tour. He brought us to places that we never would have found on our own. The personalized experience included going into a private room where he an I played a little bit of music together. The food was excellent and the wine was great. His RICO wine was among our favorites. We felt like we made a friend while we were in Lisbon and learned a lot about the area. Highly recommended.
Enrico was very knowledgeable and brought us to several places that we never would have known about. He introduced us to new and fabulous food and wine and we felt like we made a friend in Lisbon. Rico delivered an amazing enogastronomic experience!! We tasted authentic traditional dishes, enjoyed excellent portoguese wines (the Porto Quinta do Noval Tawny was outstanding) and learned so much thanks to his impressive cultural and historical knowledge. Fun, engaging, and truly genuine, an unforgettable way to discover the real Lisbon. Very recommended!! :)
Rico was a fantastic host, we had the most amazing evening tasting great food & great wine. The second venue in particular was a perfect setting to see the night in and eat/drink whilst learning all about the history of wine. Rico spoke good English and could understand everything and would thoroughly recommend this to anyone, friends, family, business trip, etc. - no caps on amount of wine, port, food, etc. - honestly could not fault the experience at all.
I highly recommend Rico's food and wine tour. My husband and I got to experience food that we would not have tried otherwise because of Rico's knowledge of the best of the local food products, and the wine pairings were all perfect. He was very informative about the local history of Lisbon as a whole and Alfama in particular. We ended up the evening watching a Fado performance and having a glass of Ginja and dessert. Rio was very generous with his time, and it was like being out for an evening with a friend. He was also very considerate of our dietary requests. Don't miss this tour if you're spending any time in Lisbon!
Wonderful walking tour of Lisbon. Excellent food and great company with Rico. He was excellent about explaining where we were and the history of what we were seeing and eating. Couldn't recommend him any more! 5 star!!
I had such a great experience and felt so privileged to have a wine tour with an actual wine maker. Enrico is so talented and knowledgeable. He’s also very kind and patient. I would love to do more of his tours and would absolutely recommend this food and wine tour.
We had a wonderful evening with Rico! He shared some wines that he made himself! The dishes they were paired with were amazing. It was so interesting to see how the wine enhanced or changed the flavor of the food we shared. We had a nice walk through Lisbon to taste a few wines and have some amazing food. We started as strangers and left as family.
