Oplev Limas autentiske smagsoplevelser i denne gastronomiske oplevelse gennem det historiske centrum. I løbet af denne cirka 3,5 timer lange tur vil vi gå gennem symbolske steder som Plaza San Martín, det centrale marked og det traditionelle Kinesisk. Rejsende vil opdage lokale ingredienser, prøve typisk peruviansk mad og nyde en smagsprøve på den berømte Pisco Sour. Mens vi går gennem historiske gader som Jirón de la Unión, vil guiden dele historier om byens kultur, gastronomi og historie. Turen slutter nær Limas Plaza de Armas, det historiske hjerte af den peruvianske hovedstad.

Turen begynder på det historiske Gran Hotel Bolívar, der ligger på Plaza San Martín. Her vil guiden give en kort introduktion til historien om Limas centrum og den peruvianske gastronomi, inden den gastronomiske oplevelse starter.
Gå langs den mest traditionelle gade i centrum, for at opleve historiske og gastronomiske stop.
Vi besøger den historiske kirke og kloster La Merced, et af de vigtigste templer i Limas historiske centrum. Guiden vil kort forklare stedets historie og dets betydning i kolonitiden, mens vi går langs den traditionelle Jirón de la Unión.
Vi besøger det berømte centrale marked i Lima, hvor rejsende vil opdage traditionelle peruvianske ingredienser, eksotiske frugter og forskellige lokale madboder. Her kan du smage nogle typiske smagsoplevelser fra det peruvianske køkken.
Vi går gennem Limas traditionelle Kinesisk , et område fyldt med historie og kultur. Rejsende vil kunne lære om den kinesiske indflydelse på peruviansk gastronomi og prøve nogle typiske snacks.
Turen afsluttes med en smagsprøve på den traditionelle Pisco Sour, Perus mest symbolske cocktail, mens guiden forklarer dens historie og de ingredienser, der gør den unik.

Juan Diego was our tour guide. Had a really enjoyable food tour. Juan gave a a great history lesson of the area, he was very knowledgable and inciteful. Food was very tasty, definitely worth the money.
I had a great time on this food tour with JD. We tried some amazing local food and visited places I would never have found by myself. Everything felt very authentic, and I learned a lot about Lima and Peruvian culture. Definitely recommend it!

This tour exceeded my expectations. It was a great way to get to know Peruvian gastronomy while walking through the historic centre of Lima. We tried various typical dishes and drinks, and each stop had something interesting to discover. I especially liked the fact of visiting local places and not just the most tourist points. Everything was well organized, the pace was calm and the experience seemed very authentic. I recommend to those who want to know the Peruvian culture through the Food.

It was a really nice and authentic experience. We went to the historic center and Chinatown and the local market where they selling fruits, vegetables, fish and meat. We have tasted some typical food such as choclo con queso, ceviche, papá rellena and picarones. Diego also explained as the places we went and the history behind them. It was a very nice experience and we had a lot of fun.

I absolutely loved this food tour! The fruit tasting was something I didn’t expect and it ended up being my favorite part. I tried many new fruits, all fresh and delicious food. The guide was very friendly and explained everything really well. Definitely a unique experience and highly recommended.
