VIATOR cancelled our tour the night before but still sent confirmation and tickets the morning of the tour leading to a confusing situation and leaving us stranded with no tour.
The guide pointed out all the areas to see and stopped for us to take photos anywhere someone wanted to. We stopped at each place with a clear meeting time to meet back. It was very nice!
Excellent tour. Johnny, John, our guide was outstanding. Highly recommended.
We had a great tour with Cody. He was very informative and told us a lot of facts about LA as we drove.

So we were told that there was no way we could see all the sights of LA without a car. Wrong! lol. This tour was fantastic! We saw all the sights and got dropped off and picked up at the most convenient stops. Our driver, Nate, was polite and shared a lot of info with us on our drive into the city. Honestly, if we had tried to Uber to all of the places we wanted to see, it would have cost us a fortune. This was affordable, relaxing, informative and convenient. Don’t hesitate, make sure to book this tour!

The places we went were good but the driver was kind of grumpy and didn’t want to wait for us when we tried to eat food at the place where he stopped . The tour also had farmers market listed and we were not even taken there. Overall it wasn’t that great. Also, the stop times in every location were lesser than we expected so couldn’t enjoy it too much.
I'm sorry you felt that way and would have loved to fix it during your visit. Our times for each location are logged and you received the full amount at each stop. We steered clear of the area of Farmers Market that day because of protests. Everyone understood that and agreed to the change. We don't employ grumpy drivers as you can see from the thousands of very positive reviews. That's not an accident that most guests love and appreciate our tours and service. It's hard for me to understand why you didn't, Sanjana Kimi.
As a solo traveler in the area for a business trip, I wanted to tour popular sites in southern California safely within my 1 free day. This tour was able to offer it all! It was affordable and a very easy way to spend the day without trying to navigate the area in a rental car. The tour guide Alden was the best! He was knowledgeable of course, but he was also friendly and funny. I felt safe the entire time. The company was also extremely helpful in getting me to Anaheim to take the tour, because I was actually staying in a nearby area outside of Anaheim. I would definitely recommend this company for tours. It was my favorite day in SoCal!
It is a small bus tour Cody was informative and friendly. He dropped us off at our hotel even though it wasn’t on the pick up list. His advice for each stop was spot on and appreciated.
very nice and friendly experience, the driver eplains everything and it is easy to understand how to proceed. the places are the right time and you can do plenty of things in that period.
