The organization is very good , with effective and punctual care from the start (message whatsapp) The ride on a quad is pleasant and well supervised. Yasine is particularly attentive to the safety of all, which is very reassuring. The route is only by road, but the scenery is beautiful. Regular breaks are provided, with drinks and snacks (chips and water), which is very welcome. However, I think it’s important to know how to manoeuvre a quad bike before you go. It is also essential to remain cautious and not to go crazy on the road, to follow each other well online. There's traffic on the road
Great way to see the magnificent scenery on the way up to Mount Teide. The trip is road based but felt safe and well organised. Yasinei was very friendly and informative as our guide.

My experience on this 3 hour tour can be divided into four parts. Photos and screenshots referenced are from my visit and the public responses afterward. 1) Professionalism The team welcomed us politely, explained the process clearly, and checked in during the ride. Water and a small bag of chips were provided, which was appreciated, though quite minimal. 2) Underwhelming experience The quad ride was mostly on paved roads, which I personally did not find very exciting. As a mountain biker, it didn’t meet my expectations in terms of adventure. The scenery was nice, but we only stopped a couple of times for photos. The guides offer to take pictures for an additional fee; however, the quality was average. During photo stops, the focus on getting shots sometimes felt rushed and uncomfortable, and I would recommend bringing your own camera or GoPro instead. 3) Safety and equipment concerns The quad we were given raised serious concerns for me during the ride. The handbrake did not function properly, parts appeared to be taped together, there was no proper back support for the passenger, and the engine sounded strained. This made me feel unsafe and raised questions for me about the condition and maintenance of the equipment. As a licensed driver, riding with these issues was uncomfortable and concerning. 4) Customer service and owner response After the tour, I shared this feedback publicly. Instead of addressing the concerns raised, the owner’s response felt dismissive and personal in tone. After reading other lower-rated reviews, I noticed similar responses when criticism is shared. There was also strong encouragement to leave a 5-star review immediately after the tour, which made me uncomfortable leaving an honest rating at the time, so I chose not to. *Who this experience may suit This tour may be suitable for first-timers or families looking for a calm activity. However, if you are expecting adventure, well-maintained equipment, or constructive handling of feedback, it may be worth managing expectations. **Final note My biggest regret is not speaking up more clearly in the moment when I felt uncomfortable taking photos and videos, even though this appears to be common among customers. I am sharing this review to reflect my genuine experience.
I want everyone to know that Monster quad tour company is a first class and honest business. I had booked this trip without knowing that I came into the wrong port with my cruise company, and it was very far away from the correct port where this Tour operates out of. They explained the error that I had and their confusion of the names of the ports. They told me to cancel because I could not make the trip and they were completely right. In this time of dishonesty and people trying to make money quickly, this company stands above them all because of how kind they were and how they refunded my money. A first class organization I will go on when I come back to the Canary Islands.

Great experience with booking with max on WhatsApp.. Tour guides were funny and entertaining, and give us a some history of the place and the volcano All quads in good working order .. Water and snack at top .. Contacted max to sort pictures and done straight away ,great back up service when issues arise.
