We used CRBT for both our transfers and tour. They are a family business in CR and their care shows. The drivers were on time, very courteous and respectful. Our tour was planned out perfectly, our guide was informative, funny and safe!

Oh my gosh! Where do we begin. We flew into Liberia Airport and were welcomed in by Julio, our driver. Not only was Julio super friendly and easy to talk to, but extremely informative about the towns, local people, delicious spots to eat, hiking trails, wild life, etc. We spent half the trip in the jungle staying at Rio Perdido and the other half at beach Andaz Papagayo. Both hotels were heaven. Staff were amazing. Food was divine. Local amenities/ activities: pools, bars, and, trails, barista class, mixology class, zip lining, etc was beyond memorable. We hiked Rio Celeste, where we saw the incredible waterfall and were driven out to the sloth sanctuary. Julio drove us of course (we didn’t want anyone else) and was so knowledgeable about the plants, animals, and locations. He gave great recommendations on what to do and answered all our extra questions. He made our drives so entertaining and quick. He really was one of the highlights of our trip! Thank you Julio for being so great and apart of our memories!

We had wonderful tours & transfers with Costa Rica Best Trips! Communication with the office was exceptional, with detailed confirming itineraries and additional email confirmation the day before the event. Our transfers to and from Andaz resort were on time, friendly and professional. Our 2 nature and hiking tours were truly amazing, thanks to Julio, our guide, naturalist and driver. The first tour was to Monte Verde Cloud Forest and Biological Reserve. The second tour was to Heliconias Rainforest ending with a waterfall swim. Julio introduced us to the remarkable biodiversity of this beautiful country with sightings and explanations of birds, reptiles, monkeys, trees, flowers, and more inhabitants of the forest. If you do the cloud forest tour, be sure to bring a warm rain jacket as the temperature in the forest is very chilly and very much cooler than at the beaches. This is a very long day, but worth every moment! Highly recommend getting away from the beach and doing a nature tour during your stay. Ariel, the owner operator, picked us up. He is nice, professional, respectful and courteous. My wife and we’re so impressed with him we did two more adventures with Costs Rica Best arropa during our week long stay at the Andaz.

These guys performed exactly as promised. Airport transfers were on time and priced as stated. We had a nice van for just two of us each way to our hotel on Peninsula Papagayo. The driver was friendly and safe. We also did a one-day tour with this company that included a great zip line folllowed by a drive to the Miravalles Volcano, a horseback ride to the rain forest, a great hike with amazing waterfalls, lunch and hot springs sauna, pool and mud bath. Perfect. We would definitely use them again. Recommended.

Easy to book, received email summary after booking, and they emailed to confirm a few days prior. Easy to find at airport (sign with my name). Great service from Mario who took the time to explain what we were seeing and explain different things about their culture. It was a private transfer, which was nice. Mario also promptly picked us up at our hotel for return to the airport (he was actually early!). The cost was half as much as what the hotel would have arranged. I’d book them again in a heartbeat.
