Du vil blive mødt på dit hotel af din private guide og gå til bunden af Corcovado-bjerget i bil, forbi Rios strande og Rodrigo de Freitas-lagunen på vejen.
Når du når Cosme Velho-distriktet, tager du et unikt schweizisk tandhjulstog, der bestiger bjerget fra sin base til næsten toppen. Selve toppen nås ved at gå op ad en trappe for at nå frem til den ikoniske Kristusstatuen. Udsigten fra dette udsigtspunkt med den omkringliggende Tijuca National Forest breder sig nedenfor og en cirkel af bjerge, der lukker horisonten på bagsiden af Guanabara-bugten, er virkelig spektakulær. Derefter går vi gennem Rios centrum gennem nogle af de fedeste turistområder og fanger seværdigheder og kultur indtil Mauá-pladsen. Gåturen går forbi historiske attraktioner, masser af barer og restauranter, og ankommer til Mauá-pladsen, hvor alle stammer og mennesker mødes.

Så går vi op ad Sukkertoppen. En serie på to svævebaner vil tage dig til toppen af Sugar Loaf. Derefter vil turister måske nyde frokosten på en meget flot "alt-du-kan-spise buffet"-steakhouse-restaurant (ikke inkluderet).
Det vigtigste brasilianske fodboldtempel. Etape af vigtige brasilianske fodboldfakta og begivenheder som fodbold-VM i 1950 og 2014 og det tusinde scorede mål i kongens fodbold Pelé i 1969. Derefter vil turister måske nyde frokosten på en meget flot "alt-du-kan-spise buffet"-steakhouse-restaurant (ikke inkluderet).

Our guide Sergio was more than fantastic. He was punctual, attentive, spoke very good English and very personable. He texted us via WhatsApp the day before the tour to confirm the time and pick-up. Along the tour he kept us informed of the history behind the sights we were about to visit and various other nuggets of information about the city. David, my guide, was wonderful. He went above and beyond to make the most of my tour and experience to another level. He was mindful of my needs as LGBTQ person. It was our first time in Rio and we wanted a good understanding of the local culture beyond the fun beaches. The private tour was well organized and gave us a great opportunity to customize for things we wanted to see. Take a look at what's included and work with the guide to make it your own! We found we needed 6 hours to cover our favorites. I also suggest starting a little after rush hour to make it easier to get around town. (10 am for example). Our guide, Sergio, was very knowledgeable of the history, cool neighborhoods, food and art of the area. He gave us his experience of the local gay culture as well. We had a great time and really high recommend Sergio and the tour!
