My flight got in 30.minutes early and I had to wait 1.5 hours for my. The directions also sent me to the wrong place. My stop was first, so that was great.
Buyer beware. Go Airlink promotes the “Grand Central Express Shuttle” leaving LGA to Grand Central every 30 minutes. This is wholly inaccurate. This shuttle only leaves when Airlink decides they have enough passengers to justify the trip. My daughter and I booked this shuttle for a 10:30 a.m. departure from Terminal B. It’s 11:10 a.m. and we are just arriving at Terminal C to pick up more people, after which we will return to Terminal B for more guests. This false advertising only adds to the frustration with their poor reservation system, texting and link features that ask you to click on buttons that don’t do anything, and poor customer service. After receiving a text, proceeding to “welcome Center” in Terminal B, and clicking on the faulty “Ready Now” numerous times, we saw a Go Airlink shuttle and were told it wasn’t our shuttle. I the. called to cancel our reservation. I was told it was non refundable. They told me a driver was on the way. 15 minutes later, we received notification that our driver had arrived and it was the same shuttle that had declined us earlier. (The shuttle had never moved.) We boarded and waited another 30 minutes before we left … 30 minutes past the time we booked the “Grand Central Express Shuttle.” I have no issue with shuttle buses collecting passengers to capacity, if this process is explained to the customer. However, Go Airlink woefully misrepresents their services and treats guests poorly along the way. Wish we had taken public transportation for a fraction of the cost, a more reliable schedule, and a quicker trip into Manhattan.
We had a great exchange from LGA to our hotel in Manhattan. Our driver Ryan was excellent and very professional.
Victor was very easy to communicate with. He contacted me when I landed and where to meet him and it was very easy to find him. The drive to the cruise port was pleasant.
We had to call And wait almost a hour for our ride. They had trouble finding our reservation
Driver was very nice. A little wait time but good. Good way to travel with luggage and multiple people.
I can't believe I didn't get our driver's name but he was great! Clean vehicle and smelled nice. Gave good conversation and insight on the area! Will be using the company again because of him!
They never arrived to the designated area. And when we called they were arriving three hours after our flight.
Steve was excellent - on time pickup and clean vehicle.
This is a great experience, the only thing is the vehicle is not marked with any type identification
