Sailing through Barcelona on this boat was spectacular. The views are stunning and the service first rate. Perfect to enjoy the city from the sea. 100% recommended
Pretty much everything was not as advertised. Non English speaking guide (opposite of how listed); only two hours when advertised as three hours; said snacks, sodas and water provided (the one bottle of sparking water expired in 2019, the bag of Doritos expired in 2024, etc, offered two cans of Coke); snorkeling gear was and the guide wasn’t even sure if it was on board, etc. There was no snorkeling involved. We essentially drove down past some power plants and anchored the boat a few hundred yards off the a beach. Much cheaper to rent your own gear and then go to the beach. Will save you $980 dollars.
Lamentamos sinceramente que la experiencia no haya cumplido con tus expectativas, aunque nos gustaría aclarar varios puntos de tu reseña que no se corresponden con la realidad de nuestro servicio. En primer lugar, es completamente falso que los snacks y bebidas estuvieran caducados. Realizamos salidas casi a diario durante el verano y reponemos provisiones semanalmente, precisamente porque se consumen con regularidad. Es imposible que haya productos con fecha de caducidad de 2019 a bordo. De hecho, el agua se compró recientemente en un supermercado local. Respecto al guía, sí contamos con personal que habla inglés, aunque como es lógico, no se puede esperar un acento nativo en un país donde el inglés no es lengua oficial. Aun así, el guía os dio las indicaciones correctamente por llamada y llegasteis al barco sin problema. La comunicación fue clara en todo momento. Sobre el equipo de snorkel, sí estaba a bordo, y fue utilizado durante la actividad. Nos sorprende que digas que no se hizo snorkel cuando estuvisteis todo el tiempo programado en el agua sin expresar ninguna queja en persona. En muchos casos, algunos clientes disfrutan del tour y luego, una vez en casa, escriben una reseña negativa para intentar obtener un reembolso. El recorrido pasa por la zona de Badalona, incluyendo las torres, un punto emblemático donde recientemente se celebró un concierto de Travis Scott con el FC Barcelona. Si bien es cierto que las vistas son urbanas, están claramente descritas y disponibles antes de hacer la reserva. Lamentamos si no eran lo que esperabas, pero no podemos modificar el entorno urbano de la ciudad. Por último, queremos resaltar que la gran mayoría de nuestros clientes quedan muy satisfechos con la experiencia y así lo reflejan en sus valoraciones. Esta crítica no se ajusta a lo que normalmente recibimos y por eso queríamos dar nuestra versión de los hechos. Un saludo.

This summer of 2024 I had the opportunity to enjoy an unforgettable experience aboard a magnificent ship. Undoubtedly, a luxury experience that I would repeat without thinking. Highly recommended!

Our family had an unforgettable time on this yacht trip! The boat was beautiful, the crew was friendly and professional, and the views of Barcelona were stunning. We loved the mix of relaxation and adventure, with plenty of time to swim and soak in the sights. Highly recommend for a perfect day on the water!

From the moment we stepped on board, everything was perfectly arranged. The crew was super friendly and accommodating, making sure we had everything we needed. There were speakers on board so we could play our own music, creating the perfect atmosphere as we cruised along the coast. The highlight of the trip was the private chef who prepared the most delicious meals right on the boat – not only was the food incredible, but watching the chef in action was a real treat! It was the perfect mix of relaxation, great food, and fun.

The crew was incredibly helpful and attentive, ensuring every detail was perfectly prepared for us. The snacks were not only delicious but beautifully presented, adding a touch of luxury to the trip. We even had a bartender on board, serving up delicious cocktails that we enjoyed as the sun began to set. The sunset over the Barcelona skyline was breathtaking, especially while listening to the live DJ, who set the perfect vibe for the evening. It was an unforgettable experience, and I wouldn’t miss it if I were back in Barcelona again! Highly recommend!
