The Service was excellent but it was not the Yacht that I rented. The Yacht that I was given was a little cheaper to rent. So I paid extra for nothing.
The crew was nice, a little more work on collection of fees. It's a very fine line between great customer service and a tinge of rudeness.
Viator was fundamental for booking this experience, super helpful and polite yacht staff, excellent tour and as expected, I recommend!
It was very enjoyable. The staff were professional attending, and can’t wait to use it again. The weather was perfect. I was allowed to drive the boat for two minutes

This was a great experience, everything was so easy to coordinate - the food, the music, etc. We got to bring our own drinks and they provided the food for an extra cost. It was affordable to split the cost between our group of friends. The employees on the boat were nice and super helpful! The boat was cute and clean.
This excursion exceeded my expectations in every way. The communication beforehand was clear and prompt, which made the entire process smooth and reassuring. All the staff and guides were attentive and highly professional, ensuring that I felt safe and well cared for. I chose to go on a solo two-hour ride , and it was such an enjoyable experience that the time seemed to fly by unnoticed.
We had the BEST experience with this group. They were great with communication and made sure our drinks never got cold. They were the best and it was the best part of our trip!
Crew and booking staff were amazing as always, we charter with them every year. Pancho is my personal favorite of the crew. This year we added the drone pilot selection. I recommend going with the more expensive tier and having the photographer on your boat. Otherwise the videos stop early in your sailing. We didn't know and most of our video is us just sitting around
