We had a fantastic experience renting electric bikes from Marco to explore the beautiful countryside and coastline around Lecce. Marco was incredibly attentive, welcoming and helpful, providing lots of useful information and recommendations that really enhanced our day. The bikes were great, and exploring the area this way was a wonderful experience, allowing us to discover places we might otherwise have missed. Marco genuinely cares about making sure his customers have a great time, and his personal service made all the difference. We had such a great experience with Puglia E-Bike Experience. Marco was incredibly easy to work with and made the whole process simple from beginning to end. The bikes were high quality, and the maps and routes were easy to follow, which made it really enjoyable to explore Puglia on our own. Everything was well organized, but we still felt like we had the freedom to take our time and enjoy the experience. This honestly might be my favorite trip I’ve ever done. Unforgettable 4-Day E-Bike Tour with Puglia Bike Experience! We had an amazing four-day cycling trip through Puglia, and the entire experience exceeded our expectations! Everything was seamlessly organized by Marco, the owner of Puglia Bike Experience, from start to finish. The e-bikes we rented were top-notch, reliable, and made riding an absolute pleasure. Navigating was completely hassle-free thanks to the easy-to-use navigation app provided by Puglia Bike Experience. One of the highlights of Marco’s service was having our luggage delivered and waiting for us at each hotel, which meant we could travel light and just enjoy the ride. Our itinerary was fantastic, taking us along safe, smooth roads with beautiful scenery every step of the way: Day 1: Lecce to Gallipoli Day 2: Gallipoli to Leuca Day 3: Leuca to Otranto Day 4: Otranto back to Lecce We always felt safe on the roads and got to experience the very best of the region's coastlines and countryside. I couldn't recommend this place more. My family and I were in Puglia and decided to rent bikes for a few days to explore the main cities, and it was one of the best decisions of the trip. The shop itself is lovely, but what truly made the experience unforgettable was Marco. From the moment he answered my first email until the day we returned the bikes, he was incredibly helpful and paid attention to every single detail. He personally prepared each bike for us and sent tips before, during and after the trip. He also helped us with hotel and restaurant recommendations, tours, the best routes to take and every question we had along the way. The bikes and gear were excellent quality. He also set my mom up with an e-bike, which made a huge difference against the wind and on the uphill stretches. If you're reading this review, don't hesitate and rent your bikes here. I know there are quite a few shops around but I promise you won't regret your decision, just as we didn't. Absolutely excellent experience! I was looking for a bike rental in Lecce for a day trip, I found Marco by chance, I wrote to him on WhatsApp to book, and he was always super helpful. Excellent bicycle, he gave me two side bags so I wouldn't have to keep my backpack on my shoulders the whole time and sent me a 60km route to follow; when I return to Lecce, I will definitely book an excursion with him!! 10/10 recommended to everyone

Engelsk This has been a great experience that I will remember forever. The surroundings we cycled in were exceptionally beautiful with a wow factor around every bend. The route was easy to cycle and fortunately there was little car traffic. In addition, the company had provided us with very good bikes, and the service they gave us was beyond expectations - the friendly people in the company were an experience in themselves. I really recommend everyone to do this trip!
