Had delays with flight to Las Vegas. Arrived 2 hours later around 11:00pm. Not knowing how to get this fixed with our ride to hotel, the company worked with me by email and text. Tiago Brandao was so helpful and want to request he pick us up for our return trip back to airport. The # is 18202023-1 is ride #. Thanks.

The communication was extremely good and the car was clean and comfortable. My only disagreement was the car model, my family are tall and I was under the impression we were going to get a sedan.

My reservation was from hotel to airport. Elite insisted it was from airport to hotel. It took several hours and numerous calls you and Elite to finally get it straighten out. Not a very enjoyable last day of vacation.

It was very convenient and very affordable. The driver texted several times before the ride to and from the airport to assure that we were at the designated spot. I will be taken this transportation again in the near future.

They are good when everything is going well but no help when it goes wrong! Booked, paid and had a ticket for the 13th, awaited our pickup which failed to show, I contacted Viator via online chat. They were nice enough but just said that the person sorting out the transfer had the 14th. The booking was correct from my end. Viator’s solution was to get the transfer lady to call me, unfortunately the line was awful and there was a language barrier, however she was able to say that her booking was for the 14th. Viator offered no solution whatsoever and we had to get to the airport so had to get a taxi, bearing in mind I had collected numerous credits from using Viator for 3 other excursions my taxi would of been quite cheap but it ended up being very expensive without any explanation or solution offered by Viator so be very careful when using them.

I booked transportation from airport to hotel on a recent trip to Vegas. Our driver which picked us up from the airport was amazing and messaged me where to meet. This was not our situation leaving hotel to the airport. NO DRIVER showed up to pick us up. I contacted company who provided driver number and it was an INACTIVE number. We had hotel get us a cab and when I reached out for refund, communication with company stopped - no response
