The trip took about 6.5 hours total, but only 10-15 minutes was spent at each main stop. The rest was travel time, plus far too long at commercial stops designed to extract money rather than show us anything worthwhile. The recommended lunch restaurant was overpriced for what it offered, echoing other reviews here. The "aloe vera museum" is really just a shop pushing products, not an actual museum. It was frustrating not to have more time to enjoy lunch at the restaurant (with a great view at the top) or walk around freely. The dramatic landscape viewed from the bus was nice, but a 30-minute walking stop there would have been much better, especially for families with kids. The green lake got just 10 minutes, which was a shame given how nice it was. The natural park itself, with all its highlights, was impressive but rushed. Overall we spent more time in shops than at the actual sights we paid to see. That's not good value for money, and this rating reflects the tour company's choices, not the destination itself. If you can visit these spots independently, I'd highly recommend it, the scenery is genuinely amazing.

Good excursion and very interesting

We booked this without a hotel pick up as we were near the ferry port. It was easy to find the ferry in the port as a rep pointed us in the right direction. You board the ferry in fuerteventura and get a wristband to wear. On the ferry a rep will tell you some inform on where to go depending on what trip you booked. You then follow the rep who will show you which coach to get on. You only spend a few hours in Lanzarote so besides a meal stop you don't get much time to explore the areas. We stopped at the lagoon first walked a few mins to it then took pictures and walked back to the coach. We then went to the aloe Vera shop and were given a presentation on the aloe Vera. You get a chance to buy products but i found them to be a lot more expensive than the UK. You then walk to the restraunt where you can have a buffet meal for €18 or there is a cafe at the side where you can get a drink or snack. It's an hour for lunch and shade is hard to find. After lunch you go to timanfaya park and get a demo on how near the surface an active magma pit is. You then get driven around the park and the coach stops for photos to be taken but only from inside the coach. After this you finish of at a wine maker and sample the wine and have a few mins to shop or wander around. You then go back to the ferry for 4-30pm. We enjoyed the trip and would recommend it for couples.

Great, everything was very well organized. The guide and the driver were very friendly and very professional. The excursion is definitely worth it, especially to see Timanfaya, which is a marvel of nature.

Very nice experience. The guides were informative and friendly. The buffet lunch wasn't great but it was ok. There was no reduction in price for the children and the wine and dessert on offer was limited and poor quality. The tour itself was very interesting and fits a lot in in a short space of time. An enjoyable day for us all

Meeting point and crossing on time and everything worked out well. Visiting the Green Lagoon a little too short and also at the Aloe Vera Museum would have been a little more time nice. Since you couldn't really look around, it was more of a sales event, which was a shame. The subsequent visit to Timafaya National Park was unique and accompanied by breathtaking views and lots of interesting explanations and information. The wine tasting was basically nobody noticed , we had a coffee during that time.

The fog meant that we were unable to visit the volcano. Very disappointing but appreciated that our safety comes first.
