Lamu Old Town
Vil møde dig på dit mødested for at tage dig rundt i Lamu gamle bydel, hvor du får en chance for at se Lamu Museum, Lamu Fort, Lamu marked, træudskæringsbutikker, sølvsmedebutikker, tysk postkontor, Swahili-husmuseum med unikke arkitektur, Lamu-markedet og selvfølgelig æselreservatet. Lamu Museum
Du vil have chancen for at se museet, som tjener til kolonier, hvor det første er Oman-kongen, og på det tidspunkt var det et palads for kongen, så efter at under briternes tid, da briterne tog over, blev det derefter brugt som deres hovedkvarter, der er Imperial British East African Company og senere blev det omdannet til et museum. Uden for museet er kanoner, som blev brugt til at bombe Sultanet ved Witu.

Interesting and educational tour of Lamu Old Town
Kassim took us on a fantastic tour of Lamu Old Town where we got to experience places we simply wouldn’t have found on our own. His knowledge of the history of the town and wider region is great too and we learned a lot during the tour. Highly recommend booing Kassim for a tour!

Perfect City Walk
Kassim is the nicest guy you’ll meet on Lamu. The Tour was really interesting! A nice mix of cultural information and relaxed walk through the unique city with a new friend! We also saw some nice handcrafting places that not only show the skill of craftsmanship but also provide way better souvenirs than most tourist shops!

LAMU Old Town Tour
One of the best tours we did, Kassim was so knowledgable and thorough in answering questions. He was very patient and took his time during the tour, we visited a lot of local businesses. He was also very accommodating, friendly and took great photos of us.

The only tour guide you need!
Kassim was simply brilliant. If you are in Lamu old town and you want to someone to take you through the maze of narrow streets, provide you a a passion filled history lesson of the island, its architecture and oh yeah - an excellent photographer too, then look no further. This is the tour for you. Kassim also sorts out the sunset boat tours and having met him, I would have him organise all my activities on the island. Very trustworthy and honest guy and prompt with timings. Everyone seems to know him in the area and not one person has a bad word to say.

Interesting and insightful tour - brilliant guide
