Lake Atitlan Day Tour Fra Antigua

The best experience from start to finish! We didn’t have enough time to stay at lake atitlan for multiple days so i booked this day trip and it was perfect. We were never rushed and had plenty of time to explore and even make a couple of stops at some great restaurants. Joel was awesome! He was able to accommodate both English and Spanish for my partner and I. So many quick activities included in this trip that were such a pleasant surprise. Thank you to everyone and the driver as well! Will definitely recommend!

Overall great day - efficient, no waiting. Great weather and Joel the guide was great and nice to have own car and boat. Would recommend. San Juan (second town) is star of the show and the other towns are just okay. They push coffee and honey and textiles on you but was happy to support the locals.

⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ We had an amazing experience visiting Lake Atitlán! We actually overslept and were running behind that morning, but everyone was incredibly accommodating and helpful every step of the way, which we truly appreciated. Exploring the different towns around the lake was such a great experience. If you’re staying in Antigua, I think this tour is the perfect way to get a taste of Lake Atitlán, experience the culture, see the beautiful scenery, and visit several towns all in one day. Our guide, David, was absolutely AMAZING. I truly cannot say enough good things about him. He was friendly, knowledgeable, patient, and made the entire day so enjoyable. Our driver, Marlo, was just as wonderful and took great care of us throughout the trip. From the way they accommodated us in the morning to the experience throughout the entire day, the service was excellent.

Wonderful experience! Our driver knew a lot and told us the whole story along the way. We stopped for breakfast in a beautiful place and excellent food. The car was very good and comfortable. The guide Joel was great and took us to all places. Very kind and always teaching everything. We're back safe and in good CIA. I recommend everyone! Just go! The place is beautiful and needs to be visited.

First of all, we didn't realize this was a private tour, which was a nice surprise. I suggest noting that in the name of the tour. We were promptly picked up at our hotel in Antigua the arranged time by Andres, stopped half way to Lake Atitlan for breakfast at a super cute lodge cafe. After that, we continued our way to the lake and met David, who was our tour guide for the day. We had a private boat and went 3 cities along the lake (San Juan, Pedro, and Santiago) while David guided us. We toured a chocolate factory, textile cooperative, and had a bee demonstration with honey tastings. We had lunch at an amazing place David recommended in Santiago and took the boat across the lake to start heading back to Antigua. David and Andres were friendly, knowledgeable, and friendly. I felt safe and it was nice having a private tour guide. I highly recommend this tour!
