Laguna Chinancocha (Llanganuco) og Callejon de Huaylas - hel dag

Beskrivelse

Getting to the Chinancocha Lagoon by car is feasible, only the recommendation is to arrive with a 4x4 although the 4x2 arrive as well but the road is trocha and in some places it is full of gaps The place is beautiful, the Lagoon has a spectacular turquoise color and a forest of queñuals. There are hygienic services and it is a very touristy area, so you have to arrive early to take pictures or hang out. There is a pier and boating.
Beautiful place of natural waters and beautiful views, the route can be done hiring a local travel agency, access is simple and the experience is fantastic
The review was a little long because I would like to leave all the points that we experienced here, from the good to the not so good! For those who want to stop here, know that you can go quietly, it is worth it and Llanganuco is too beautiful!! Now if you want to know more about the adventure follow the reading that I will tell our experience in detail! At first I was a little worried because we had some unforeseen things: since I would not be staying in a hotel, I searched for one from the list for transportation to get us, but when we arrived at the hotel it was completely abandoned (Hotel Arawi Pastoruri), and the city is somewhat ugly near the bus station (we came by the Cruz del Sur company, by the way, very good to go to Huaraz), but we talked with the travel agency via the whats app and they were very friendly and directed us to wait in the central square that transportation would take us there. The transport did not go to the place but a lady picked us up on foot and took us to a small barbery / tourist agency and there we waited for more information. She took us on foot to a van, we walked in somewhat without knowing right what it would be like. The van stopped at a point to catch more passengers and then we all had to get off. We were put on a bus and still without knowing exactly what was going on we followed where they told us to go, honestly we thought we were in a local transport because there were only Peruvians and only us of "tourists". After about 20 minutes of travel we finally realized that everything was fine, we had a guide, who explained with a lot of professionalism the whole route we would do, and we understand that all Peruvians were also on the tour. At that moment there was a relief that everything would work out, we would have a guide, a transport that would accompany us all the way and we would do everything that was written in the description of the package we bought, ufa! rs After these moments of uncertainty, everything was great, the guide was super attentive, with a lot of information about the places we passed and the lagoon is really a wonderful place, almost surreal, it is very worth buying the boat ride, I was very excited about this experience. By the way, taste the Chocho salad, sold by local women, is a delight and all were very nice! Lunch was a very pleasant surprise too! we did not expect such a charming and tasty restaurant, the experience was very pleasant, even lambs and lhama had in place, we took a lot of photos and ate super well, clean place and well taken care of. We were very happy with the tour, we arrived around 19:00, a whole day tour, but very quiet, the tour had from children to old ladies who accompanied everything with ease. A trip for the whole family, I recommend!
It has a great view, you can take great photos, there is a boat ride, however this ride is quite short, you can also take advantage of buying things from the area such as corn with cheese, cachangas, etc.
Super friendly guide, he made us live the history of the very good place! The agency complied with what was indicated super good hotel
