We had an excellent tour of La Jolla today with our guide , Julia! She was exceptionally knowledgeable and provided fascinating insights about the area’s history, culture, and natural beauty. Julia made the experience both educational and enjoyable, taking us to several scenic locations perfect for photos. The sea lions were a treat! The van was clean and comfortable, and the itinerary was well planned. We truly appreciated her professionalism and enthusiasm. We took the La Jolla tour with George. He was an excellent guide, full of knowledge, and made the tour enjoyable. The vehicle was comfortable. We learned about the area as we were touring. We were able to see the Mt. Soledad Veterans Memorial. I didn't even know what it was. In addition to beautiful views, it was a heartwarming tribute to our veterans. We loved seeing the seals up close. Volunteers at the site warn you not to get too close because the mothers might leave their babies. We saw surfers up close. This was a first for me. It was an excellent overview of the area. It lets us know where we might stay or what to do if we want a more in-depth visit to this area. This tour features easy, short walks, making it ideal for families or seniors. Everyone would enjoy it, but it met my needs exactly.
