Great tour and price! Steven was fantastic and awesome with my 85yo mom
Travelling in a small group tour was ideal for this half day tour and I would use Rockies Journey again. Unfortunately the weather (smoke and some rain) put a dampener on the experience but this is uncontrollable. Our guide and driver, Kenneth, was excellent and provided good knowledge and support, and is blessed with a happy and engaging personality, so is a natural for tour guiding. Thanks Kenneth
The trip started out with a vehicle that was so small, that some of the guests barely fit into the seats. Having a family member with space and sent challenges, it was impossible for her to participate and she ended not going. Guests MUST be advised to refrain from using heavy perfumes when booking a trip such as this. I have a respiratory condition due to COVID and I struggled to breath. It is a health risk! On location, the tour guide (Jen) was just fantastic. A very competent and safe driver and knowledgeable guide. If it had not been for the very tight vehicle and the fact that we could not even open a window to find relieve from the strong perfume, this would have been a 5-star trip.
Great experience for the whole family
Extremely confusing and poor communication by the tour guides. Received two text messages with different timings for the shuttle. Was not able to go on the tour because of that and no accommodation was provided
Nice way to do both the lakes in the same day. Comfortable shuttles. Wish we got some more time at lake Louise since the place was busy and an hour wasn't enough.
The lakes were both beautiful. Our tour guide, CW, was the best, knowledgeable, accommodating and very personable.

Took our half day tour today - Jackie was our driver & Boy was our tour guide. Boy was extremely knowledgeable about the history of Banff & the lakes. He took us to less touristy areas of Lake Louise for pictures. 10/10 would recommend!
It is an amazing Experience and Kimmy our tour guide was fun and engaging. She was helpful getting the perfect pictures and always available for questions.
