Lær kolde nudler og ulvetænder kartoffel derhjemme

Jeg blev født i Zigong, Sichuan. Mine forældre arbejder begge på Zigong saltfabrik (Zigong producerer brøndsalt), og min bedstefar plejede at være kedelmand på saltfabrikken. Så mit liv har en intim forbindelse med salt. Nu bor jeg i Chengdu. Kolde nudler og kartoffel med ulvetænder er de mest populære snacks i Zigong. De mest spændende ting i min barndom er at gå til købmanden ved siden af skolen for at købe kolde nudler eller ulvetænder kartoffel efter skole, spise dem og komme hjem med min klassekammerat. Min mor havde åbnet en madbod for at sælge kolde nudler og kartoffel med ulvetænder i mange år. Hvis jeg var hjemme, ville jeg hjælpe hende med at skære og stege kartofler, dampe og afkøle nudler. Min mors bod var meget populær, fordi hendes smag var god og unik. Hvis jeg nu har hjemve, vil jeg lave disse to retter hjemme med godt salt og chili fra min hjemby, det er helt autentisk mors smag.

I would give 6 stars, it was amazing!! Karen is the perfect host, she's so nice and warm and welcomed me in her house. The class was so fun with her, she let me taste some snacks and the dishes that I prepared. I think everyone should try the experience, Sichuan flavours are truly the best and Karen is able to transmit her love for cooking 😍
Karen is a very nice and interesting woman who gave me a good time of conviviality and sharing, I was able to know more about the flavors of Sichuan, I recommend this very rewarding and immersive experience.
karen is very warm and kind. She introduced many background about Sichuan food. I learned how to make chill oil and this is my favorite part. I can’t wait to cook it when I come back home. It’s at karen’home. Her home is very sweet and has a beautiful garden. She picked a grapefruit from the citrus tree in her yard and gave it to me to eat. The grapefruit was particularly fragrant. The scallions used in the cooking class were also picked directly from her vegetable garden. High recommend to join this cooking class.
We were a family visiting Karen. Karen taught us to cook Sichuan food. Spent an educational evening! Returning to Russia, we will definitely surprise all our friends by preparing "Wolf's Teeth"
We had an amazing time learning to cook with Karen!! She welcomed us into her home and was very friendly. The recipe for the meal was passed down from her grandparents and very authentic. I would definitely recommend this experience for anyone interested in learning more about chinese cuisine, or looking to eat some great local food.

I had a fantastic time cooking with Karen at this experience! She explained what I needed to do perfectly and guided me every step of the way. The dishes were quick and simple to make, yet absolutely delicious. I'll definitely be making them when I return home! Karen is a fantastic host, making me feel totally welcome in her home. She told me a great deal about life & culture in China, along with some great tips on what to do during my stay in Chengdu. I would highly recommend this experience to anyone visiting Chengdu!
