I had a wonderful experience at Juraku! The staff was very kind, and the tea ceremony was easy to follow along with. The tea master took her time to answer all of the questions I had; the assistant knew English so it was easy to get my messages across. I'd highly recommend trying Juraku out! They were extremely personable and highly conscious of individuals needs. Also, the treat they served before serving the tea was delicious :)
Juraku's tea ceremony was an amazing experience from start to finish. The instructors were kind and knowledgeable, the atmosphere was peaceful, and I gained a much deeper appreciation for Japanese tea culture. I highly recommend it to anyone visiting Kyoto.
