Shodo (japansk kalligrafi) er kunsten at skrive smukke tegn på papir ved hjælp af en pensel og blæk. Udover at skrive smukke karakterer, er det også muligt at udtrykke sig gennem billedet af kanjien. Master Shoran er en erfaren Shodoka (japansk kalligraf) med erfaring med at undervise tusindvis af studerende fra hele verden. Som engelsktalende Shodoka vil Shoran guide dig gennem processen med at skrive dit navn i Kanji med Shodo-penslen. Tag en unik souvenir med hjem med dit navn skrevet i Kanji på en japansk rulle.

The calligraphy is bright, fun, pleasant and wonderful, taught by a wonderful English speaking teacher. You can enjoy a wonderful calligraphy that is truly soothing in this day and age when writing is becoming less common.

The Japanese calligraphy lesson with Master Shoran is truly a unique and immersive Japanese experience. I participated in the class with my two school-age children and we learned so much but also greatly appreciated the gracious hospitality that Master Shoran extended to us. She was so patient with my children, but also provided excellent instruction for me to get a deeper understanding of shodo. I have already recommended this experience to friends and family.
