Turen omfatter besøget til Krka Nationalpark og Zadar gamle bydel fra og tilbage til Zadar. Krka Nationalpark er en af 8 kroatiske nationalparker og en af de 2 mest populære (sammen med Plitvice søer). Hvad gør det unikt er den fantastiske skønhed af intakt natur og vandfaldene med den længste travertin barriere i Europa. Den 2 km lange vej går gennem parken, og hvert trin på vejen er fuld af naturskønhed. Zadar gamle bydel er en af de bedst bevarede gamle romerske byer i Adriaterhavet. Dette romantiske centrum med middelhavsvibe giver meget mere end smukke seværdigheder at se. Det er fuld af historier fra fortiden gemmer sig i sine mure og arkitektoniske fred. At afsløre sine skjulte perler og historier fra fortiden er virkelig en unik oplevelse. Krka Nationalpark er en af 8 nationalparker i Kroatien og den omfatter smuk intakt natur, uddannelsesvej og en masse vandfald. Vi kommer til hovedindgangen til parken (Skradinski buk - ulaz Lozovac), hvor du kan komme ind i parken fra oversiden. Den uddannelsesvej, du skal igennem, er 2 km lang og er fuld af smuk natur. At gå gennem parken er afslappende, og du vil have tid nok til at se alt. Bare tag så meget, som du har brug for, for at tage billeder, nyde naturen og læse undervisningstavlerne. Pausen til måltidet, køb af souvenirs og toilettet kan også tages i etno-landsbyen midt i parken ved siden af vandfaldene. Efter pausen kan du fortsætte til det samme sted, som du kom fra. Vejene er godt afmærkede og der er kun 1 retning. Hvis du får brug for hjælp, kan du altid ringe til din chaufførguide, som kan hjælpe dig med enhver information.
Efter at have besøgt smukke Krka vandfald, vil vi vende tilbage til Zadar gamle bydel for at have en gåtur i det gamle romerske centrum. Det omfatter en tur i en af de bedst bevarede romerske byer i Adriaterhavet ledet af licenseret lokal guide, din chauffør guide.

George was fabulous!! He promptly arrived at our ship's port and helped us move through the Krka National Park to see all the highlights. He provided keen insights and great history. Once we were done with the national park, he offered options for the remainder of our time. We chose to visit the sea organ and walk around Zadar, Croatia. What an awesome experience! Along the way, he stopped to show the Roman ruins and discuss the background of the nearby the ruins. He also patiently waited while we did a bit of shopping in the city. I highly recommend you book your time with George!
Jurica was an excellent tour guide who really knew his Croatian history and was very proud of his country. He was very flexible and even gave us time to get some snacks in a local store. Krka National Park was an amazing experience, and we learned many interesting facts from Jurica including the fact this was the location of the first hydroelectric power plant along with Niagara Falls. He also showed us the remaining Roman ruins in Zadar which was very interesting.
This was an excellent tour and one of the highlights of our trip. The.Krkr waterfalls are a must see and shouldn't be missed. They are magnificent.Juric our guide was excellent and also showed us the old city in Zadar.
We had the BEST day with Jure!! Pick up at our cruise port was on time, our transportation was comfortable and clean. We set off for Krka Falls and on our drive he shared his vast knowledge and love for his home!! The falls were absolutely stunning and Jure helped us capture amazing pictures!! After, we toured the town of Zadar where again Jure shared stories and fun stops… the stair piano by the water is incredible!! Last, he took us to a wonderful local restaurant where we had a fabulous meal, local wine & beer, and wonderful conversation! We would choose Jure every time for any tour!!
We loved the entire day we spent with Jure! He was right there waiting for us when we exited the ship. He brought us to his car, which was cooled down on that hot day. Much appreciated! He shared such wonderful history and information about Kadar as he drove - which we loved (excellent driver too - felt very safe). He took us to the Krka Falls and it was so great having our own knowledgeable tour guide the entire time. He was so fun to be with - very accommodating and he made sure we got to see and do all that we wanted. He even spent extra time with us as we were having such a great time! We got to see the Sea Organ and other things in the town. Jure is delightful and excellent on all accounts. Loved meeting him and recommend him highly!
Beautiful scenery wonderful waterfalls. Lots and lots of stairs both up and down and quite a bit more walking than advertised. Decent drive from the port. If you are on limited time and have any trouble with lots of walking this is not recommended. Guide was always in a rush to get get to the next thing and made it uncomfortable. He was plenty nice just not accommodating for people with issues walking at a brisk pace.

I am sorry to hear you had issues with a fast pace but I'll keep this harsh grading in my mind when dealing with older people in future, so we can have even more breaks. Jure did a great job on our tour to Krka. He met us right by our ship, had a very comfortable van as there were 6 of us. Krka was very beautiful. We did a short hike there; Jute is very knowledgeable and took us for a walking tour of Zadar afterwards, which was very interesting.
I highly recommend visiting this amazing place with Jure! This was our first time visiting Croatia, so we wanted someone who is professional and experienced. Trip was just amazing! Jure was kind and he told us so many interesting things about this area and Croatia in general.
A trip with Jure is a must! He is a great driver and an amazing guide! Jure is knowledgeable, very kind, and patient. You can learn a lot of things from him and enjoy Croatia! We took a trip to the Krka waterfalls and it was amazing! The water is crystal clear and the nature is pristine. The trip was organized perfectly and we recommend it to everyone! We hope to visit again!
