There was someone to meet us with a board with our names on. Probably a 5 min wait till the car arrived. Car smelt like cigarette smoke. Drive packed our bags in for us. Wifi in the car worked fine. Good, safe driver. Good experience and average fee charged.
The cheapest available from Krabi airport and everything went smoothly. You get a discount for the return transfer which makes it the best option. Highly recommend
Hello Troy, thanks very much for your review - glad to hear it all worked out well and you took advantage of the discount! Regards Krabishuttle Team 🙏🙏
Always top quality vehicles. Drivers always easy to locate at airport and always early for hotel pickup. Drivers always well presented, helpful, and safe driving.
Thank you Bernie, always a pleasure to be of service to you our dear friend! 🙏
Great experience, clean vehicle and drive is right on time
Thank you Mohd, see you on the next trip
Excellent experience. The driver was on time, comfortable vehicle, delivered us exactly what we needed to go. Highly recommend this service.
🙏 Thank you sir 🙏
Pick up from Phuket Airport was easy. The car was in very good condition , clean and comfortable. Transfer to Aonang was on time which is very important . We stopped about half way to stretch our legs for 10 mins. This is not my first expirence with Krabi Shuttle however each time i have used this service i have found their drivers very competent which makes the 2 .5 hr journey more relaxing. Having made this trip many times over the last 25 years I found Krabi Shuttle to be very professional indeed. The cost of the transfer is very fair therefore i would not hesitate to recommend this service to anyone looking to get from Phuket to Aonang or vice versa.
Thank you very much, that's a very nice review to read 🙏🙏
We have used Krabi shuttle for 3 years to get from phuket airport to Aonang, always a safe journey, always on time and friendly drivers, highly recommend. We booked online direct & it was flawless
Thank you for your repeated custom, it is most appreciated! 🙏
The driver was at the hotel before the scheduled time and drove us safely to the next hotel in Ao Nang.
🙏🙏
Smooth pick up from Krabi airport - driver was waiting ahead of our scheduled pick up. Nice and comfy vehicle, plenty big enough for four adults plus cases and backpacks. Very smooth and careful driver.
Thank you very much for your feeback about our service! 🙏🙏
Krabi Shuttle was exceptional! As we were waiting for our shuttle, I realized I had booked it for the wrong day. I contacted the emergency line via WhatsApp and another van appeared in 20 minutes to take me and 3 of my friends from our hotel in Ao Nang to our hotel in Potang. The staff was incredibly quick with getting back to me to help change our timing. We opted for a larger van rather than a car to have more space to travel comfortably. The trunk was very large and we fit our bags with ease. The van was clean with water, wifi, and a very kind driver. We stopped once on our journey to get gas and pop into 7/11 for some snacks, beverages, and a bathroom break. We paid in cash at the end of the trip, but you can also pre-pay with card. The journey was quick, easy, and safe!
Hi Madelyn, its great to hear that our staff managed to find you a van so quickly. Thank you very much for your feeback! 🙏🙏
