Fra kl. 09: 00 med afhentning i Pristina, rejse sydvest for at besøge UNESCO-listede Patriarkatet Peja og klosteret Decan, berømt for deres arkitektur og århundredgamle freskoer. Fortsæt til Gjakova, berømt for sin osmanniske arv og historiske gamle bazar, hvor du kan udforske stenede gader og fordybe dig i autentisk lokalt liv. Med ekspertvejledning, komfortabel transport og et godt tempo, tilbyder denne oplevelse den perfekte balance mellem højdepunkter og skjulte perler. Patriarkatet af Peja bygget i det XIII århundrede. Det er sammensat af fire små kirker med smukke fresker. De Hellige Apostles Kirke var den første kirke, der blev bygget af ærkebiskop Arsenije (d. 1266). For sine arkitektoniske og kulturelle værdier er den en del af UNESCO.
Klosterkomplekset i Decan betragtes som den største middelalderkirke på Balkan. Det indeholder de mest omfattende smukt bevarede fresko-dekorationer og er fortjent en del af UNESCO for dets betydning for bevarelsen af verdensarv. Dette kloster blev bygget af kong Stefan Urosh begravet i kapellet og hans søn Stefan Dushan. Interessant er det faktum, at katolikonet har slående ligheder med en romersk-katolsk kirke, hvilket forklares med, at dens arkitekt var en franciskanermunk fra den montenegrinske by Kotor, med tydelige påvirkninger fra Venedig og Ragusa.
Gjakova som har en Grand Bazaar, der menes at være den ældste i Kosovo også kendt som Carshi, fuld af gamle huse og butikker, et tyrkisk badehus eller Hamam og Hadum Aga-moskeen fra det 16. århundrede, som vi vil besøge. Retur til Pristina Samme sted

Had two tours plus arrival and departure transfers. Everything was excellently organised and the tours were exactly what we wanted. They were also very good value. Visited a good range of historical sights and towns and got a good feel for Kosovo. Arsim was excellent and gave appropriate knowledge as and when needed. He was friendly and very professional.
