Oplev en praktisk madlavningskursus, der opdager hemmelighederne bag at lave autentisk italiensk pizza og gelato i vores slanke og stilfulde skole. Som optakt til denne time vil din engelsktalende kok byde dig velkommen til skolen med en prosecco- og antipasti-reception. Din klasse starter derefter, mens du lærer al know-how til at blande, ælte, rulle og toppe den perfekte pizza. Vi bruger kun de bedste friske ingredienser til at pryde dine pizzaer: krydret salami, lækre svampe eller måske nogle smukke figner og prosciutto. Valget er uendeligt! Mens din pizza er i ovnen, vil du blive undervist i, hvordan du laver cremet, drømmende gelato ud fra en række tilgængelige smagsvarianter - den perfekte kulinariske ledsager til din sprøde, sprøde pizza. Din klasse afsluttes i vores smukke ombyggede spisestue, hvor du kan nyde dine kreationer.

This was a fun class lead by Roberta and Federico. It was a nice change of pace from the sightseeing tours we have taken, and we all learned from the class. Our chefs were friendly, patient, helpful, and had great humor. We made three different types of pasta, saw how three different pasta sauces were made, and enjoyed some dark chocolate gelato at the end. Great for singles, couples, and families. Take a break and enjoy this experience.

Super fun learning how to make gelato & Roman pizza crust & the results were delicious! Luca was a very engaging & entertaining Chef & everyone had a great time. Highly recommend for a different Roman experience.

Just came home from 10 day family trip hitting France & Italy. Luca's InRome pizza & gelato cooking class was one of the things we were looking forward to the most, and Luca did not disappoint. Met some amazing people from all over the world, ate the best pizza in Italy, laughed and simply enjoyed the entire experience as a family. May have just learned a thing or two in the class as well (wink wink). So glad we did this, would absolutely take additional classes from Luca if I ever get the opportunity to return to Rome!

Our family of four including two teenage boys (6 and 15) really loved this experience! Chef Giovanny taught us the Roman ways of cooking pizza and gelato. It was fun and the food was delicious! We all highly recommend this experience!

Great experience. Chef is a true chef. He emphasizes the artistic side of cooking as well as the scientific side. We have never had such an experience at home in the US, and we've taken plenty of classes over the years.

Such a fun family activity! The pasta and gelato making class was well-paced, and we loved that we got to take the recipes home to try again. Marco was a fantastic teacher and even shared some great local recommendations. Highly recommend!

This class was so much fun! Our instructor Christiana was engaging and you can tell she loves what she’s does. We had a small group with people from all over. There’s nothing better than homemade pizza and gelato. I had no idea gelato was so easy to make!! I would definitely recommend this class.
