Marangu Gate (6000 ft) til Mandara Hut (9.000 ft), Vandring / stigningstid: 3 - 4 timer Habitat: Montane skov Forlad Moshi byen omkring kl. 08:30 og kør til ca. 45 minutter til Marangu gate på den østlige side af Kilimanjaro. Udfør det nødvendige papirarbejde ved parkporten, f.eks. Registreringer. Begynd at vandre klokken 9:30. Vandretur gennem regnskoven fra parkporten (6000 ft) til Mandara hytte (9000 ft) og tager ca. 3 - 4 timer. Stop halvvejs til frokost. Nå Mandara Huts klokken 01.30. Efter kort tur i hytten og en tur til Maundi-krateret (ca. 15 minutter) er en god måde at se omgivelserne samt udsigt over Kenya og det nordlige Tanzania. Derefter begynder du at komme ned til Marangu gate og du kan nå ved porten omkring kl. Bujo Tours køretøj vil være ved porten klar til overførslen tilbage til Moshi og vil ankomme i den sene aften omkring 17:45. overnatning på Hotel.

Five star service we received from Bujo tours. Me and my family in England had planned to climb Mount Kilimanjaro so we booked our package online and everything was excellent and smoothly.
