Kilimanjaro klatre Marangu rute 6 dage
Beskrivelse
Marangu-ruten tager dig i et blidt tempo gennem skove, hede og derefter over Saddle, en højhøj ørken, der adskiller hovedtopmødet, Kibo, 5895m, fra craggy Mawenzi, 5149m, til Kibo Hut. Herfra er der tidligt startet en stigning til Uhuru Point (toppen af Kibo). Stien zig-zags op ad en stejl skree, som er lettere at klatre, når den er frosset. Udsigten fra kraterranden ved Gillman's Point ved daggry kan være spektakulær. Uhuru Peak ligger lige over. Dette er en hård vandretur, men inden for rammerne af et passende individ, der er vant til at gå i bjergområder. En ekstra dag til akklimatisering af højden anbefales på Horombo, hvorfra der er forskellige vandreture at nyde.

We had an amazing time with the team and with Shungu. We could see that he treated his team with a lot of respect, they are all friends from childhood and they admire him. That was one of the things that I valued the most. Everthing was as it was talked before, good food, they borrowed us clothes, good acommodation and we felt very cared. They are professional. I would recommend it. He has an ethic business and we could see thst we supported the locals.
