På denne tur vil du vandre på Marangu-ruten med en nat ved Mandara Hut og mod Horombo Hut, før du vender tilbage til Mandara til frokost og derefter vandre tilbage. Du når IKKE toppen. Alle korte ture tilbydes på privat basis, og du kan starte på alle dage af året. De korte ture er gearet til folk, der kan lide at vandre, men at nå toppen er ikke et "must do", og giver en mulighed for at opleve spændingen ved at vandre på den højeste top på det afrikanske kontinent. Al trekking inde i Tanzania National Park kræver tjenester fra en certificeret Kilimanjaro-guide, og Marangu-ruten er den eneste rute, hvor korte vandreture er tilladt. Til en overnatningsvandring bor du ved parkhytterne.

I can highly recommend this tour over the 1 day tour. It was so great to stay in the Mandara Hut overnight. We could hike to the Maundi Crater, enjoy the silence there and had a great view to Kenia. In the evening I walked into the rainforest, it was a fantastic experience. In the morning we walked from 2700 to 3200 m altitude (above the forest) and enjoyed the sunrise with a great view to Mawenzi and Kibo.
This place was beautiful and definitely a must see. BujoTours did an excellent job ti ensure we had all the proper equipment, food, and shelter. The porters were attentive and assisted with the equipment. I would absolutely use BujoTours in the future!

We decided to take this trip last minute and we’re in a remote area of Africa at the time. We called Bujo and told him we wanted to hike Mount Kilimanjaro and go the the Serengeti. From there, he planned every little detail and all we had to do was follow his direction throughout the trip - which was amazing!! Our guide on mt Kilimanjaro was Nass and he was absolutely world class. We had one of the best times of our life! Nass had a big support crew with him that were from heaven. This was a trip of a lifetime!
